About this space
A clean, cozy, completely renovated 1 bed/1 bath pet-friendly property. Easy access to all Lubbock has to offer. Minutes to depot district, TTU campus, & other LBK favorites. We have plenty of space for larger groups/families! Great for long or short-term stays! If you have any questions, please reach out.
The property is treated for insects quarterly.

The space
The house has beautiful luxury vinyl plank floors in all areas of the home. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do during your stay. This home has been completely renovated from the flooring to the bathrooms! Additionally, a new HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
AMENITIES: bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner are all on hand for your use as well as all the other usual amenities you would anticipate having in a hotel.
A Washer/Dryer (powdered laundry detergent is available).
âFree WiFi internet, Netflix & Amazon Prime (all TVs), Antenna with basic channels (living area), microwave, and a drip pot coffee maker is supplied with coffee. Additionally, various teas, sugar, and powdered creamer are provided when available!
Guest access
As my guest, you have access to all areas of the home! Please note that the backyard is shared - please be mindful of guests in Unit A that may also have pets. You should not leave your pet(s) unattended at any time. Thank you.

âPlease enter the exact number of guests for your reservation - we expect each guest to be honest and abide by our House Rules (see below).
âFor check out, you must take out your own trash and wash and put away any dishes you used during your stay. You can purchase and bring throw-away paper goods/utensils if you don't want to wash dishes.
âPlease read my House Rules before booking! By booking this space, you acknowledge that you have read and agree that you and your fellow guests will comply with the house rules during your stay.
âPlease remember that youâre staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, please let us know ASAP so we can assist you.
