If fines are incurred due to Tenant behavior, those fines will be collected from that Tenant.
A signature on the Rental Agreement is required for all stays, the link will be emailed to you upon booking.
Pool passes permitted for the # the property can sleep up to a max of 10 passes per property.
Long term stays are plus utilities and $1000 security deposit.
