Extended Waikiki Stay

We have been to Hawaii numerous times. On this passion we decided on an extended stay and chose this property. The property was exactly as described and pictured. Excellent view of the Diamond Head side of the island. Very quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Clean condo with beautiful views!

Went on a family vacation/business trip and stayed here for a week. The location was ideal staying in Waikiki with our young family. Beautiful view of Diamond head in the morning with the rising sun wake up call through the windows. Would stay here again!

It was nice

Only thing bad I would say was that upon our arrival the room was very hot (I would suggest after they clean to turn up air). All elevators had No air conditioner so it’s very hot. Also none of the hallways leading to rooms has air so during the day it’s hot just walking from hall and into elevators.

Week in Waikiki

The unit is located close to the beach, lots of restaurants, and entertainment. Bus stop is on the corner. Free parking is a huge perk. Nice partial view of the ocean and Diamond Head. The beds and sofa were comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The kitchen has all the basic utensils and cookware. Coffee maker works but is slow so get that started early in the morning if you are coffee drinkers! Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos. Bathroom storage is great - plenty of drawers and a wall cabinet. The unit could use more hooks for towels, jackets, etc. Be aware that the elevators can be a challenge as they get very busy during certain times of the day so it might take 10-15 minutes longer to go up or down. This is a no-shoes unit which is totally normal however, the floor was dirty so we used the Swiffer mop to take care of that. Other than that the unit was clean and tidy and we had a very nice stay.

Nice condo

Very nice updated condo. Waikiki Banyan is where we always stay when we come to Oahu. This was our first time in this unit. It was very clean, had a lot things you needed for cooking. My only complaint was the bed frame was breaking down and not sturdy. We had to fix it two times during our stay. Convenience of free parking and wifi with this unit. Highly recommend staying here.

Quick getaway

Great condo! Well stocked kitchen and so close to everything. Parking was a breeze. We had one issue and the management company was quick to resolve if. Will definitely stay here again

Very Convenient

My apartment was simple and clean. The location at Kapiolani Park end of Waikiki was convenient and not as congested as someplace more central in Waikiki. Access to snacks, drink, and other amenities as well as laundry was on site and more than adequate. I’m a “no frills” kind of person and this was perfect.

Everything looked crisp, new and was very comfortable. Beds were great, kitchen had everything we needed to cook from home. We can’t wait to come back! It has what you need, it’s just a bit tired.

No disturbances from anyone during our stay.The apartment itself has most of what you need but it is a little tired and could do with some maintenance on the oven, cupboards and bathroom fixtures. The number of towels provided was a little light, 1 dish towel, 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels for 4 people isn’t really enough. That being said, the above didn’t affect our overall holiday and we would likely stay again but have lower expectations.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect. Room could use some updating in regards to furnishings, couch and chair are very uncomfortable. Room was fairly clean but could use a good kitchen cleaning on the stove top, light fixtures. Stove element rims should be replaced as large burner rim was falling apart.There is only 1 nightstand for clothing storage. For long stays more supplies such as paper towels, trash bags, toilette paper and cleaning supplies should be provided.

Relaxing get away!

Very conveniently located to major attractions. The kitchen is well stocked and view of Diamond Head is gorgeous!! There is a bike rental right out in front and a bag storage facility just a block down the road. This makes it very easy to get around and also convenient if you arrive before check in.
