You will be in awe of how close we are to our private pond (only a few have direct lake access) and our property is the closest to the pond with its own private beach and swim dock, as well as kayaks and canoes and watercraft, and a firepit. The lake is fully stocked with an array of fish and there’s even a trout derby in the summer. The deck will have brand new patio furniture come summer as well as a new grill. We do have additional parking in the summer in our second driveway to accommodate larger groups!
