.Live like a local at this relaxing two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, where you can walk to the beach, pier, and restaurants. The complex has a beautiful pool and hot tub, and there is private parking in our garage for two cars!
The house is a quick ten-minute walk to the beach or the Strand. If you want to enjoy the easy beach life that Hermosa Beach offers, this is the perfect home for you!
BEDROOMS: This home has two bedrooms, and the
prime features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom in the hallway adjacent to the bedroom. Each bedroom features a smart TV and hotel-quality mattresses and linens.
KITCHEN: The Chef's Kitchen is a delight! It is well-stocked with everything you could wish for to create a great meal. The kitchen bar has three counter-top stools, which make it a great place for entertaining. There is also a small dining nook in the corner, perfect for working or watching a morning newscast on the smart tv. There is also a coffee bar, ready for your morning caffeine fix!
LIVING ROOM: The cozy. comfy living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long beach day. It features a smart tv, a fireplace, and beautiful air flow from the windows and doorway to the private patio.
LAUNDRY: The laundry area features a new washer and dryer, an iron, and laundry supplies. The laundry shares a space with a half bathroom, located on the same floor as the kitchen.
GARAGE: The home has a spacious two-car garage, with remote access.
BEACH FUN: Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and beach towels are ready for guests to take and enjoy at the beach.
OUTDOOR DECKS: An adorable attached, private patio is right off the living area, perfect for reading or napping. And upstairs, there is a private sun deck!
POOL & HOT TUB: The home also features access to Community Pool and Hot Tub.
***Guests have access to the entire home, except one room used for owner's storage.
