The condo was beautiful and comfortable . The location was absolutely perfect for all the hiking we wanted to do. But best of all was the river view from the balcony every evening.

We have stayed here very many times and it is perfection for our family of five. The river outside is magical (one of the best spots on the Pemi, and we have stayed at many!), everything is always clean and fresh, and the house is well stocked with games, books, and activities for the kids. In the summer it's right next to the pool. Close to town and restaurants and walking trails, direct to Loon. We will keep going back whenever we can!

Spacious unit on second floor overlooking the Pemigewasset River. Scenic Trail along the river takes you to Loon Mountain gondola. Easy access to all the Lincoln area has to offer. Host was a prompt communicator.

3 teenagers and 3 adults enjoyed our stay in this townhouse in Lincoln. All contact with host was quick and check in went smoothly. Everything was clean and we found everything we needed in well stocked kitchen. Space in living room was comfortable to sit together. We were looking out to the PemiRiver and enjoyed the balcony.We were celebrating my sons wedding at Loon Mountain so we were 5 minutes away.

Kirk’s place is wonderful for a quiet relaxing vacation. Close to the Flume, Lost River, Clark’s Trading Post and multiple hiking trails. There are several restaurants nearby and even a small movie theater for a rainy day. The condo has everything you need including a pool. There is also plenty of parking. Definitely a 10/10!

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Just a few minutes from town. The kids enjoyed the pool, tennis courts & playing in the river. Beds were very comfortable. Great layout of space.

Great stay

We had a great time staying here. The location is so convenient to all the restaurants and stores in Lincoln. We visited multiple nearby places to see the fall color. The property is clean and spacious.

Perfect location - view of the river is top notch, and access is easy. Pool, tennis courts, and walking trails are literally outside your door. Condo itself is well stocked and clean, cozy, and inviting. We've stayed twice already (family of 5) and will be back!

Short but amazing stay.

Great property, location was amazing. After hiking all day I was so nice to sit on the balcony and eat dinner watching the river. Will be back for long stay next time.

We love staying at Kirk’s place. It’s quiet and peaceful. He has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with extra blankets and fans/AC for the warm days. Close to the Lost River, the Flume and Clark’s Trading Post plus many hiking trails.

Great Place to Stay

Great Location. The Condo has a great layout with the 2 kids rooms separated from the Master. Located between the main base and South Peak provided easy access to both areas.

We loved sitting out on the porch, listening to the water. He even supplied blankets for us to use since it was a little bit chilly in the fall air. The property was easy to find and close to all of the things we wanted to see in the white mountains.

Fabulous

The condo was very comfortable, all the amenities you could wish for. Location was perfect, halfway between the town and Loon Mountain Resort. I would definitely stay there again.
