- 2 full bathrooms; master bathroom has his/her vanity sinks, soaking tub and walk-in shower + large walk in closet, 2nd bathroom located in the hall with a tub/shower combo
- Full kitchen with a full size fridge, oven, stove, keurig/regular combo coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster (no dishwasher and the white vintage oven near the fridge is for decorative purposes only and should not be used. There is a separate, fully functional gas stove/oven available for cooking.)
- Smart TV located in the living room (no tv's in the bedrooms)
- Washer/dryer available (owner provides laundry soap, no dryer sheets)
- Board games and reading materials available for indoor fun!
- Please note: The fireplace in the master bedroom is for decorative purposes only, should not be used, and is not listed as an amenity.

Other Things to Note:
- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 2 pets max and up to 45 lbs. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully fenced.

- This property is suitable for children/infants.

- No Smoking allowed. This is a smoke-free property.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
