DENNA UNDERBARA, nybyggda, har 2: a story END UNIT NO nedervåningen grannar som DENNA 2: a story END enhet ligger ÖVER bifogade garage - SO enhet är mycket tyst, även under upptagen skidsäsongen, vilket gör för avkopplande semester och fredlig SOVA !!

Vi hyrde ENHETEN i februari 2008 och som finns i denna lägenhet en PARK CITY LÄGE som inte bara är nära till alla åtgärder, men lugnt och tyst, så vi köpte IT !!

Är dekorerad med rustika möbler OCH impeccibly hållna. Vi är intresserade av att dela vår andra hem med ANSVARIGA familjer och vänner som uppskattar en exklusiv lägenhet på ett mycket rimligt pris ATT SKAPA HITTADE MINNEN av sina egna.

Enheten är belägen alldeles intill den nyutvecklade Redstone Center. Redstone har en åtta-skärm multiplex teater, många restuaranger och butiker inklusive Redstone Grill, Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, Panda Express, Whole Foods, flyghavre gourmet livsmedelsbutik, Smiths livsmedelsbutik och många andra specialbutiker. Massor av sportaktiviteter just i närheten.

Park City är känt som det största SNOW PÅ JORDEN. Vår villa ligger inom några minuter till tre världsklass skidorter. Ski Canyons, Park City och Deer Valley alla på samma resa. Också nära Sundance, Brighton, Snowbird, Alta, och Solitude. Park City är hem för Sundance Film Festival.

Vår bostadsrätt är över motorvägen från Utah Olympic Park. Titta på ski hoppare träna samtidigt ha ditt morgonkaffe från vår köksbordet uppfattning.

Bara 30 snabba minuter från Salt Lake City Airport. Vår bostadsrätt har högt i tak, stora vyer, bänkskivor i granit, Alderwood skåp, helt nya vitvaror, och rustika möbler. Jacuzzi i master bad. Full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Privat intilliggande garage parkering, komma in i en varm bil varje dag från huset.

Femtio procent deposition kommer att säkra bokningen. Full betalning krävs två veckor innan för att stanna. Deposition återbetalas vid avbokning inom 60 dagar. Full betalning återbetalas vid avbokning inom 30 dagar efter bokningen startdatum om inte nya hyresgästen erhålls.

Spacious and comfortable

Great hosts, convenient location, roomy living space with lots of seating, private garage… this is a great place and we’ll be back.My only caution is that there is a long stretch of stairs. If your group is good with stairs then I highly recommend.

Great vacation unit in convenient location.

The condo was located near many restaurants and shops and about 10-minutes drive from the free Canyons parking lot. The unit was clean and well-equipped, providing ample space. The garage was especially useful during snow days, ensuring that the car didn't need to be cleaned off.

Perfect Park City Stay

We spent a week over Christmas here and it was the perfect, cozy stay. Plenty of room for our group of 6, we cooked a big Christmas dinner and enjoyed our time around the fire. It’s centrally located and very easy to get around (with a car). Thanks so much for having us!

Nice property in great location.

Nice condo and very responsive host. Property is in the walking distance to many good restaurants and stores, 10 min drive to the Canyon Village. It was well stacked and clean, and a garage to park the car in was a big plus. We definitely will stay there in the future.

Great spot for family and friends

This is a great true three bedroom spot in Kimball Junction. The unit was clean, quiet, and had all the basics for an easy stay. It's also a short walking distance to several great restaurants and shops.

Great Location and Property!

Unit was just what we were looking for. Extremely clean, within 10 minutes to Canyons Ski Area, nearby restaurants and grocery store. Stu and Jeana were also very friendly and helpful both before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend this unit!

Red stone Stay

Good communication and coordination with the owners. The patio screen door was popped out of its door tracks when we arrived and leaning against the outside slider. Everything else was clean and orderly as described. All things considered it’s a great location and we had a great stay for our nearby meetings. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Comfortable stay

Our family of two adults and two grown sized teens enjoyed a comfortable stay in mid-July. While the unit does not have A/C, it was not a problem using the provided fans and own windows at night. The condo was clean and very convenient.

Wonderful Condo for Families

Our family of six found this condo to be perfect for our ski vacation. The location is convenient to skiing, shops, restaurants, Woodward, etc. I loved that it is next to the Planer Reserve which is just stunning. The condo was well stocked & so comfortable. We loved staying here.

Lovely home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and comfortable. Had lots of supplies. There was shampoo and conditioners and soap, plenty of towels , etc. location is great too. Right near redstone shopping center with lots of restaurants and supermarkets and near outlets and skiing. Highly recommend this!

Great location, clean and perfect for what we were looking for

We stayed the week before Christmas. The condo was the right size for the 5 of us (could have comfortably added two more). The access to skiing was perfect. We could be in the parking lot within 10 minutes! After a great day of skiing, we could be home, cleaned up and eating out at one of the walkable restaurants in no time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need to cook up breakfast/dinner and a Smith's grocery store is a few blocks away. One note to be aware of, our SUV (Ford Expedition) only fit in the garage with the ski rack removed...It definitely would have been bad if we hadn't removed them! That was the only thing that COULD have been bad. Sitting by the fire watching Christmas movies with the kids was perfect! We would definitely rent this place again.

Fall Getaway

Everything was great other than the bathroom electrical outlets with no power, and even though the heat was on the master bedroom was always cold. It was a fun place to stay! It was was very nice to have a garage! Thank you for the opportunity!!

Excellent Condo in Park City!

We had a great stay! I was worried about it being too hot because there is no AC and it was in the eighties while we were there but it cools down so well at night and Jeana provided window fans in every room. Very nice, clean, well maintained and great location.

Our family of 5 had been vacationing in Utah for about 7 years. We love the Park City area and the snow is great. We had looked at buying a property for several years. When we visited Park City in February 2008 we stayed in this condo and found it had everything we wanted and it was for sale. We now get out to Utah a lot more often and keep finding new things to do and see in the area.

We like that we can walk to dinner at night if we want, but there are grocery stores nearby if we choose to eat in. So, we are close to everything but our unit is still quiet. We have everything we need to have a very comfortable stay, so much better than a hotel room.
