Park City Large 2BR / 2. 5BA med loft, fantastisk utsikt och lÀge

Unikt 1800 kvadratmeter bostadsrÀtt (största i Crestview) med enastÄende utsikt över de omgivande bergen.
Byggd 2002 strax före vinter-OS, har den hÀr nya enheten 2 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum, med en över stor sovloft. Vi har gjort mÄnga förbÀttringar inklusive nya lyxiga mattor, HDTV, DVD och trÄdlöst internet. Alla badrum Àr utrustade med nya handdukar i egyptisk bomull och alla sÀngar har nya lyxiga sÀngklÀder.
Dessa lÀgenheter ligger pÄ tredje vÄningen i en hissbyggnad, sÄ du kommer inte att bli störd av buller frÄn övervÄningen granne! Den har ett stort, öppet kök med alla bekvÀmligheter i ett hem hemifrÄn inklusive nya krukor och kastruller. Gott om plats för hela familjen eftersom matbordet har plats för 8 och baren har plats för 4. Det finns ocksÄ en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i enheten sÄ att du kan packa ljus och lÀmna rum i resvÀskan för inköp frÄn Tanger-butikerna intill!

Crestview condo was a perfect location for what we wanted to see and do while in this area of UT. The condo was clean; it was exactly as described and had plenty of room for the five of us. Great Stay!

We come to Park City to ski often and this was our first stay in Kimbal Junction. It was fantastic, lots of places to eat all around the condo and was a very easy drive to the ski resort. Highly recommend you visit, Larry and Jane were great hosts!

Exceptional Stay

Greate stay, good location

We stayed for 5 nights during Christmas week. It was easy to get from the property to Deer Valley (less than 20 minutes) and Alta (45-50 minutes). Plenty of space in the condo, garage was very welcome. Larry, the owner, was very nice, he reached out to make sure our stay was perfect.

We stayed in this Condo while attending a soccer tournament and it was perfect. The location was super close and the condo had everything we needed as well. Very clean, well stocked and lots of space for everyone.

We stayed here during Sundance. Great place - very nice; very clean. A perfect spot as Old Town is a short drive, and it is spitting distance to the Canyons. Everything was very smooth, and Larry Dicus was great to work with.

Nice Condo - quick drive to Canyons Ski Area

We enjoyed our stay in Park City!! Condo was quite, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped and nice grill to assist with meals. Parking garage and storage locker came in handy. Will be back!!

Beautiful Park City Rental

My family of 5 was very comfortable in this beautiful and well-kept rental on the "edge" of the resort area. Being out of the center of town made getting around by car much easier (less traffic to deal with), and yet we had easy access to all the ski areas. I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a convenient and reasonably priced condo. The nice decor was an added bonus!

A comfortable, clean, spacious condo with a 6 minute drive to Canyons ski area, or option of great free bus system, a one minute walk. You could easily have 2 families share this condo. The owner, Larry, is promptly responsive to any questions.

Park City Ski Vacation

Highly recommend, easy free town shuttle to anywhere you want to go. Condo is beautiful with everything you need. We had a four guy ski trip with room for 3 more anyway. Fully stocked kitchen, garaged parking, downstairs ski locker. Everything you could possibly need for a Park City vacation without the cost of staying in downtown Park City. Kimball Junction has everything you need.

Great place for location & comfort

I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect - shuttles to Park City & easy to get to hiking trails near & far. Kimball Junction was a great location to be in and it has everything right there - better than up the hill in Park City / Deer Valley. The condo was very clean, the bedrooms & loft all very large and very nicely furnished. This third floor condo had good views which we enjoyed after a day of hiking. The owners are extremely responsive & friendly. I would not look for another place if this one is available when I want to rent - its a keeper.

Crestview Condo Park City Utah

The condo was absolutely beautiful and location was awesome. A free bus convenient to drop you off in Park City a short distance away. The Olympic Park was visible on the deck of the Condo. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The owners were so accommodating. They provided plenty of towels, toiletries, snack bars etc. We only have great things to say about the owners and their condo. We would definitely choose them again if we came back to this area.

Jane and I are family oriented, both of us recently retired, Jane from Morgan Stanley and I retired from an active career in information technology, including nearly 10 years at Cisco Systems. We have two grown sons, both married, and three precious grand-daughters, Sarah, Claire, and Cate.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love Park City - we have learned to enjoy the ability to get away from the hustle of Los Angeles and the ability to enjoy nature - there is so much to see and do in the Park City area. We enjoy the summer and fall as much as winter - the beautiful mountains - we love to drive over to Sundance, go to festivals, and just go on a mountain hike. The snow skiing at Deer Valley can't be beat - the attention to detail offered by Deer Valley is what we really appreciate.
