Experience a remodeled house in a safe neighborhood with lush greenery and nature. Enjoy free parking for up to two cars. Located just a 10-minute drive from Surfside and Bal Harbor beaches. The spacious backyard features, BBQ area, and HOT TUB. Across the road is a golf course, with a country club minutes away. Aldi grocery store is within walking distance, and Whole Foods, Publix, and more are a short drive away.
Downtown, Brickell, and Wynwood are about 15 minutes by car.
2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house (part of a duplex) with newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors. Enjoy complete privacy on your side of the house, including the hot tub are. Tenants live in the other part of the duplex, but they are very low key, so you almost wonât see them. Please respect their presence; no loud music, noise, excessive drinking, drugs, or extra visitors. If youâre looking to party, this place is not for youâplease do not send an inquiry.

The entire property is reserved for you. You can access the property through a code for added convenience and security, You will receive the required code prior to your arrival. You also have access to Hot Tub , backyard, BBQ, parking lot. (The pool is not accessible for this duplex.)
Just steps away from a beautiful and huge golf course and Country club!
The Aldi grocery store is within walking distance.
Publix, Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, Ross, Walgreens and many more shops are just short drive away!
The house is located in an area where a cargo train occasionally passes through, which can be noisy. However, with newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors, it is much quieter than it used to be. The train doesn`t honk, so youâll hardly notice it passing by. The house is a duplex, but you will have complete privacy on your side, including the hot tub and BBQ area.
Security cameras outside of the house - pool area, parking lot and entrance.
There may be some noise from the cargo train in the area
IF THESE HOUSE RULES WILL BE VIOLATED RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY!

âą Check-out before 10am (If not respected $30 PER EVERY HOUR for rescheduling cleaning service)
âąNEVER PARK CAR ON THE GRASS!There is many parking spots so no need to park on grass!
âą Please leave the house in the same conditions as you found it (clean your dishes, take trash out - it`s located as you walk out from pool area , you`ll turn right , its behind the corner )
âą No sand at the house !!! ( Also no sand in the bathroom neither in bathtub- plumbing is old and it can get clogged )
âą Don`t store trash in the house for days please. Kindly ask you to use trash chute DAILY, otherwise you can expect bugs ( we live in humid Florida )
âąPlease don`t leave any food or food crumbles outside of the fridge or uncovered. ( otherwise you can expect bugs - we live in humid Florida )
âąalways keep pool door and front door closed ( otherwise you can expect bugs, we live in humid Florida )
