☆ Hundreds of acres of beautiful desert await you outside your door. The surrounding landscape and privacy is the most impressive feature of this property.

☆ Most destinations can be reached with a standard car. You do not need a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle to get around in the high desert. However, please be prepared for the possibility of encountering bumpy roads, it's essential to drive at a slower pace and exercise caution.

✣ Pool heating:
If you would like to have the pool heated (85 degrees) during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours before arrival. There will be a fee of $200 per day (two days minimum).

✣ The area inside the pool, is a Baja (not a jacuzzi) and has no massaging jets.

✣ Dogs ♡ Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee, Please add your dog to the reservation. Max of 2 dogs.

✣ Our Pool & hot tub maintenance occurs twice a week and keeps the water crystal clean and in perfect condition for our guests. This quick service only takes 15 minutes.

✣ Our house is on a dirt road for the last 10 minutes of your drive. Any car can access this road, but please drive slowly to avoid rocks and bumps. This is all part of the desert experience!

✣ All cactuses and Joshua Trees can be harmful to curious kids and dogs; please supervise and do not touch.

✣ Our neighbors are very sensitive to noise and lights after 10 pm. No loud noises after 10 pm.

✣ TURN ON SPA - HOT TUB INSTRUCTIONS:

1. The spa controller hangs on a wooden post 10 feet to the right side of the spa.
2. Push the "SPA" button to HEAT the spa. (A flashing red light will indicate the spa is heating.)
3. It will take about 30-60 minutes to heat to 103°F (the temperature can not be adjusted).
4. The SPA heater will shut off automatically after 3 hours.
5. To turn on the Jets, push the "JETS" button and allow one minute for the Jets to start.
6. Push the lights button to turn the SPA lights on/off.

￮ Dogs ♡ Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee, Please add your dog to the reservation. Max of 2 dogs.

￮ Christmas is to be booked 24th & 25th together (2 days)

⇒ GENERAL
￮ NO CANDLES ANYWHERE!
￮ No indoor furniture to be taken outside.
￮ Please keep doors and gate locked at all times.
￮ Late check-outs will be charge at the rate of $150 per hour.
￮ Lights, A/C, gas, or any flammables must be turned off when not home.
￮ No firearms of any kind (including BB gun and Airsoft Gun / fireworks) allowed on the property. If discovered, we will report to the Police and Airbnb.
￮ No smoking inside the house or leaving cigarette buds in the trash inside the house. If smoking outside, please discard cigarette buds in the large trash bins next to the gate (0 tolerance policy, will fine $250 a day).
￮ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
￮ Extra overnight guests are welcome only if paying the additional fee. No extra guests are allowed on premises unless notified.
￮ For your protection and our property, we placed security cameras facing the main gate parking area and the side fence. The camera records video & audio only when it detects movement.
￮ Commercial Photography restrictions - no production. Shooting must be agreed upon and abides to a different daily shooting rate. If shoots are discovered during your booking you will be fined a minimum of $3,500 - $7,500 per day.

⇒ FIRE-PIT
￮ Fire-pit fire MUST be turned off and shut after use, before check-out, or when leaving the house.

⇒ PARKING
￮ ONLY 2 cars are allowed on the cement driveway area.
￮ No RV's, campers, and ATV's allowed inside the property, or for parking.

⇒ NOISE
￮ No device that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from outside between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. If our neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the Town Ordinance!
￮ Please understand that we are not responsible for any human / animal noises that come outside our home and property.
￮ OVERNIGHT HOURS are between 10PM and 7AM. Please consider moving indoors after 10PM. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. The neighbors are very nice and understanding and the neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by mountains and voices easily carry. So please, keep the noise down and be considerate of the neighbors. You may be on vacation, but other occupants in homes around your vacation home may not. Violation of the above can result in cancelation of your stay and / or involving the police. 0 tolerance policy!

￮ No diving or jumping into the pool.
￮ No running or horseplay in pool area.
￮ Pool only to be used by registered guests.
￮ No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
￮ Please shower before entering the pool / spa.
￮ No entering with clothes inside the pool / spa.
￮ Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
￮ Do not use the pool /spa if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
￮ No pets, food, drinks, smoking, or glass containers inside the pool / spa area.
