Guests have full access to the entire house during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and private outdoor areas. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities the house has to offer!

Please be mindful of the quiet hours in the neighborhood from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed inside the house.

The house is self-check-in, and I will provide you with a code to the lockbox for access.

There are no cameras inside the house. The only cameras are located outside the property and on the door for security purposes. Please DO NOT UNPLUG SECURITY CAMERAS!!

Please do not exceed the maximum guest count without prior approval.

If you need any additional amenities (extra towels, linens, etc.), feel free to reach out ahead of time, and I'll make sure everything is ready for you!

Very new, clean, updated home. Convenient location for most places around Houston, including MD Anderson, which is what we were in town for. Neighborhood was a bit of a mix of homes/quality, but not bad and this specific home was very nice!
