◦ Visitor street parking is allowed but not accessible after 11:00 PM. Any vehicle left after this time will be towed.
◉ Check-out is at 11 AM, and keys must be returned as instructed. Late departures may be accommodated with advance notice, but staying past the check-out time without approval will result in a $50 charge per half hour.
◉ All guests staying in the home must be registered in the booking.
◉ Please keep the space tidy. If excessive cleaning is required after check-out, an additional fee may apply.
◉ A $350 charge will be applied for any lost keys or fobs to cover replacement and administrative costs.
◉ The basement and shed are off-limits to guests.
