Perfect beach condo

Perfect location we loved the pool, bbq grills, and quick beach access!! Condo was great the only thing I would say is if you’re tall/big people like my family the master bathroom is an extremely tight squeeze. But we made it work and would definitely return!

Convenient to beach. Accurate description. Washer needs rinse aid. Maybe why there was an odor in the washer. Washed towels before use because of this. Otherwise it was a good trip.

My family had a wonderful stay in the condo. It was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool, and it was very close walking distance to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Summer vacation

We’ve never done the condo thing. We usually visit Gulf Shores every year and stay in a hotel. I will never go back to another hotel again. This condo was really nice and a short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this condo! We will definitely stay here again.

Had a great time wonderful condo. Only one thing is I wish they would have had bath soap or had noted that you will need that amenity. Also a departure list, we did not have one. But overall good experience.

Stayed with our son-in-law and our daughter while on holiday in the USA and would like to congratulate you on having a very welcoming apartment.It was just what we required and could not be faulted.My wife and I had never been to the Gulf Shores before,but definity would visit again.The description and photos are accurate,everything was cleaned to a high standard. Cute condo across from the beach

A very cute and clean condo, which accommodated our family of 4 perfectly (2 adults & 2 kids aged 10 & 6). The complex itself is older; but the condo has been remodeled except for the master tub/toilet room. Master bedroom was nice with a king. The other bedroom had two beds, a twin and a full. The closet had beach toys, pool floats, a couple of umbrellas and one outdoor camping/trail chair. The hall bath was updated nicely & was the preferred one. We had to contact the owners (super nice!) for a plumbing issue with the master bath; and someone came by the next day to fix it. The beach access is across the street and a few steps to the left between Ocean Towers II and WestWind (painted aqua now). I could see how someone may miss it & walk down to the public access, which would be a long walk with kids. Something to be aware of is 6 towels and wash cloths isn’t enough for 4 people and there wasn’t an initial supply of laundry detergent to use the washer/dryer either. Overall, I would stay here again!

We were able to park a Cadillac SRX and a Toyota Rav 4 in our 1 parking space. The deeded beach access was not as close as we thaught. You would have to go across the road (condo is on bay side) and walk down a ways to get to the beach access. 2xs I emailed the host and never got a response from either e-mail.

Great location

We liked the condo complex a lot. It was quiet for most of our time there which made it nice to enjoy the pool. The condo was clean and very spacious and located centrally for our plans.

We finished our home in Northern Alabama in 2016, Graduated all 5 of our kids, Got 3 married off and now are proud Grandparent of a spoiled Grandson! We are in the process of an overhaul remodel, room by room of this condo. Both Bedrooms, 1 Bath and the Dining Room are now complete (2020) Next fall we will complete the 2nd Bath and move to the kitchen.

(2015)After renting a condo here for the last 20 years, we are finally living the dream! We have just purchased 42 acres in Attalla, AL for our retirement home (finished, we moved south 2016) and as all parents know (we have 5 kids) bribery works best when it comes to the kids. We know the kids will come down to see us, often, if the beach and condo of their childhood memories is available to them, so we bought our condo in Sea Breeze and lovingly redecorated it. (Now we have re-re-decorated 2020) We are renting our summer home out to some very lucky guests. Our last 2 children are juniors in college this year (2020, All graduated, successful working adults now ;) and will be graduating soon, so the empty-nesters needed a hobby. ;)

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Please look at the pictures of our newly remodeled unit (current remodel 2019-2020, both bedrooms and 1 bath, new dining furniture) and know that you will feel comfortable and at home in this condo. We chose it for it's proximity to the beach, it's convenience of elevators and pristine grounds and pool.

Walking distance to nearly everything you could want or need.... Grocery, Restaurant, Beach, Entertainment and a short drive to everything else... Mall, Starbucks, Golf, Clinics, Spas.
You will love the people of the Sea Breeze community. They host cookouts and parties at the gazebo and all are invited. They are friendly and make you feel welcome....Kinda like family. We are new owners and couldn't be happier with our new community of friends. You will want to come back year after, just like we did!
