Where natural beauty meets beachside serenity, Ohana Hideaway is located in the coveted Biscayne gated community near the southwestern tip of the Bolivar peninsula, just minutes from the Galveston Ferry landing. Juxtaposed against 350 acres of wildlife preserve, the Biscayne boasts beautiful dunes, five ponds, and several private beach access boardwalks.

Great for birdwatchers, the house has expansive upper and lower decks, and sits on a third of an acre in a very quiet 3-home cul de sac, just steps from the beach. With views of the bird sanctuary, pond, or ocean from every window, Ohana Hideaway is a retreat for the soul. Pet friendly, we offer a gated grassy play area for your puppers, dog bowls and toys, and a secure kennel inside the home for when the family goes exploring.

The beach along Biscayne is wide, smooth, and typically less crowded than in the heart of Crystal Beach, and Ohana Hideaway comes complete with a variety of beach chairs and toys for those interested in sandcastle making, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, or just relaxing and watching the boats go by. The beach can be accessed by the private boardwalk just steps from the house, or if you're gear heavy, you can drive your car or truck directly onto the beach via Magnolia Lane just one street over. We offer a hammock for napping alongside the pond, a tiki bar with 65" TV for catching your favorite sports and enjoying a beverage, a charcoal grill for today's fresh catch, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off your little ones' (or puppers') sandy toes.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, with televisions in every bedroom. The Primary (upstairs) includes a king bed and daybed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, and separate vanities. The Full room (upstairs) includes 2 full beds, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with shower and single vanity. The Queen room (downstairs) includes a queen bed and TV. The Bunk room (downstairs) includes a bunk bed with two twin beds and TV. The Queen room and Bunk rooms share a spacious hallway bathroom with plenty of storage, single vanity, and tub/shower combo. The hallway bathroom also includes a laundry area with full sized washer and dryer available for guest use.

Ohana Hideaway includes a fully stocked kitchen with icemaker and filtered water, a coffee station with both Keurig K-cup and standard Mr Coffee coffeemakers, and a collection of board games for family fun. Outdoor seating abounds with 3 picnic tables, 3 sun loungers, and 10 comfy chairs.
