Tri-nivÄ lÀgenhet i de önskvÀrda Mammoth View Villas. EntrénivÄn (mellanvÄningen) har ett nyligen ombyggt kök med alla nya apparater, bestick, tallrikar, kastruller och kokkÀrl, kaffebryggare och allt du kan behöva i ett kök. Matsalen bestÄr av ett rektangulÀrt matbord med 2 lÄnga bÀnkar tillsammans med 2 bekvÀma stolar. Det finns ocksÄ 3 avföring i matsalen. Vardagsrummet har en ny, super comfy faux-leather soffa och det finns ocksÄ tvÄ matchande lata barnstolar stolar, moderna taklampor, en fantastisk stenplatta spis (med mycket trÀ för att du ska njuta av dina romantiska kvÀllar vid elden). Det finns ocksÄ en snö garderob för alla dina snö jackor, snowboards, skidor, stövlar, etc. NÀr du gör din vÀg till nedervÄningen finns tvÄ anstÀndig storlek sovrum. Ett sovrum har en California king size-sÀng med helt nya bekvÀma sÀngar, kuddar och tÀcken. Det finns ocksÄ en helt ny skinnfÄtölj (matcha soffor). Det andra sovrummet har en king size-sÀng i Kalifornien och det hÀr rummet har en ny stapelbar tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare i garderoben. Ingen anledning att ha vÄta eller smutsiga klÀder nÀr du Àr pÄ semester. Den nedre sovrummen delar ett gemensamt badrum som har en dusch / badkar. Den övre vÄningen (nivÄ 3) var tidigare en vindsvÄning men det har expanderat till en sluten 3 sovrum med sitt eget badrum (dusch / inget badkar). Den har en riktig dörr och det Àr dÀr barnen kan sova. Vi har en trÀ dubbel vÄningssÀng (med rÀls), tillsammans med ytterligare tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Du kan sova vuxna i dessa enkelsÀngar samt sÄ att du kan sova 4 i sovrummet pÄ övervÄningen.

Komplexet har en jacuzzi, bastu, pingisbord, allrum och en tvÀttstuga (mynt) för din njutning. VÀnligen njuta av det eftersom det Àr rÀtt granne med vÄr plats (25 meters avstÄnd) !! Parkering passerar kommer att utfÀrdas av den pÄ plats fastighetschef och vi har tvÄ utsedda platser för dig direkt framför lÀgenhet.

overall the condo was dated, but plenty adequate. Proximity to Village gondolla and blue-line bus tram was awesome. Roomy overall, stocked/functioning kitchen (stove, micro, dishwasher, coffee maker). bedrooms were fine, warm, clean. bonus having 2 bathrooms. Bonus having a bbq and wood burning stove, big screen TV. Only negative was the common jacuzzi (outside) was dirty and not working (not hot). Heard it was that way day b4. Alternately the off-site health spa they give you access to was above average (jacuzzi, sauna, showers) i recommend the place!

Amazing place to stay in mammoth

Great location, felt very homely, great to come back from a hard days skiing and light the fire chill out watching movies and cooking up some great food in the kitchen. Very comfy beds and flexible accommodation for our family of 6 ranging from 15-60!!! Location is great to walk to and from the village with great restaurants nearby

Great place and perfect location

I booked this place for my friends and I to go snowboarding and sking. The shuttle is right in front and you can walk to the village in less then 10 minutes!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay. Very easy check-in/check-out process with coded front door. The king beds in the main bedrooms were very comfortable and the sheets were very soft (we all noticed the softness of the sheets). It's located within an easy walk to the Village, and was very clean. Highly recommend.

The location is terrific. We were able to walk to the Village and it was a short drive to Eagle Lodge. The property is spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This spot was perfect. Comfortable location, easy parking, great sauna, solid kitchen stocked with a plentiful amount of plates/cups/bowls/etc for the whole house, an Apple TV, brand new washer and dryer, great heating, and extremely comfortable beds. Truly an easy walk to the village for food or hitting the slopes. Grant was also a wonderful and accommodative host. 10/10 would recommend staying again. The large picnic table was also perfect for our large family dinners

Great place

Very nice cozy place , with a lot of beds , enough for 8 people , some beds and pillows were not very comfortable so I recommend take your own pillows with u , washer was not working which we were informed about before our arrival and was not a big deal , also club house sauna and jacuzzi were not working . We enjoyed our time for the price we paid .

Awesome Place

Amber's place is ideal for a Mammoth getaway, summer or winter. Ideally located where you can walk to the village or Mammoth Brewery. The unit has everything you need and can easy accommodate a family or two. I highly recommend.

Great location . Walk to the village. Walk to Mammoth brewery. Short drive to the main lodge. Five Guys trip to ski on the fourth. We had a great time. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Cooked a couple times. Used community bbq twice

The condo was on a great location. Plenty of supplies for dinners (plates, pots/pans, seasoning). Spa was not working which we did get credit back for. The spa would have been nice after day of hiking.

Great rental - it was everything we needed

Our family of 5 and a friend stayed for 4 nights for a skiing trip. The rental was all that we needed. Well equipped and cozy living and kitchen area. Good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds, lots of hot water for the showers. The wood burning stove is a winner and we loved that the clubhouse was just across the parking area. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Property was just as described. Beds were very comfortable. It was easy to cool down the condo if we left the windows open at night. Loved being able to do the laundry after a long day of hiking. Quiet neighborhood but very close to the village. Just perfect!

Great experience

This was the first time we've rented a house like this, so were a little apprehensive. We had a little trouble getting our parking pass (it wasn't ready for us), but otherwise check-in was easy. Grant responded to my texts very quickly. The place was clean and ready for us. It was even stocked with some shampoo & soaps, which was great. Some of the house could use updating, but everything was functional. My kids loved being able to walk to The Village. Overall a good experience and would definitely come again.

We are two families who grew up in Orange County (Newport, H.B., and San Clemente) who have always had the dream of owning a 2nd home in Mammoth. In 2012, we made our dream a reality and bought this place. We are super excited to share our place with you and let you and your friends enjoy it while we are stuck at home, working and tending to our normal life activities; dreaming of our next trip up to Mammoth!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We have enjoyed coming up to Mammoth for the past 30 years and look forward to enjoying many more years in this condo with our family and our friends. Mammoth holds a soft spot in our hearts and we love to come up and take in nature's best, as often as possible. Not only is this location amazing but the complex itself has easy parking(2 spots directly in front of the condo). All the other owners that we have met have the same love and excitement for Mammoth and they are super stoked to spend their free time in the mountains. The neighbors directly next door to us are the nicest people ever and we are so fortunate to have such easy going, friendly neighbors. Just to tell you how awesome they are, they voluntarily offered, along with their friends, to help us move our extremely heavy and awkward washer and dryer unit from the U-Haul in to the downstairs bedroom. This was no easy task and we couldn't be happier to have them as our next door neighbors.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We chose this unit in Mammoth View Villas for a couple reasons. One, it is closest to the jacuzzi, sauna, and the recreation room. Two, our condo has lots of extra windows and it gets lots of light and sun because of it's southerly exposure. This helps keep the unit warmer in the winter and it's relaxing to look out the windows, watch the snowfall, and look out at the beautiful trees and mountain scenery.
