Atlantis (tidigare "Getaway South") förde dig till Luxury Beach Rentals i Myrtle Beach SC är en fantastisk 7 sovrum 7. 5 badhus vid havet med enorm pool, badtunna och barnpool. Detta hus har panoramautsikt över havet från nästan alla rum. Huset har tre master sviter vid havet alla med balkong vid havet, privat badrum (w / walk in shower och kroppssprutor). Alla sovrum har egna bifogade badrum plus ett gemensamt halvbad på huvudnivån. Huset har också ett gourmetkök med stor gasspis, två kylskåp, två diskmaskiner, fristående ismaskin, ö och stor granitbar. Huset har ett stort öppet övre däck och stort täckt huvudnivå med sittgrupp och utomhushögtalare. Det finns också ett stort spelrum med biljardbord, bord / stolar, stor platt-tv och stor balkong utanför spelrummet. Husets fyrkantiga bilder är cirka 5700. Poolen är 30 'x 10 och 3' till 5 'djup.

Waited 25 years for our first ever family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: it was a wonderful week. Unfortunately, my husband had to have a wire repaired on his 3 1/2-month-old pacemaker, so he and my stepson did not make it down until Wednesday night. they did though get to enjoy 2 days in the sun and for that we are very grateful!We are right now getting ready to recommend, the home, to our friends!

Wonderful Family Vacation

There were 12 of us plus one infant for the week. The house is in an excellent location away from all the crowds. We had a private boardwalk to the beach right outside the back door and the beach in front of the house to ourselves. We got beach set up every day from a rental place down the beach and that was great. There were a few minor issues with missing kitchen items that we needed but the property manager brought what we needed immediately. Be aware that you have to pay extra for the hot tub to be heated. During the hot day, there’s no shade by the pool so plan for that. Beds comfortable and everything was clean - some kitchen cookware needs replaced but not everyone cooks as much as we do when on vacation. The spaces were great and perfectly adequate for our group! Comfortable and excellent for a family vacation!

Family Thanksgiving/retirement vacation

Wonderful home with a lot of space for my husband and me as well as our 3 grown children, their spouses and 8 grandchildren. Location is the absolute best. Great vacation...the best.

Perfect family home

We loved the location! The house was perfect for all ages! We also loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach & really spent our whole trip at the house.

Location! Location!

The location was perfect!! Loved the beachfront view and was in the pool everyday. The layout of the house is nice just wish one room had sets of bunk beds for small children. Overall excellent communication😀

Annual family trip

Our family (20 of us) visited from PA for our annual trip and had a great time, even while enduring Hurricane Idalia! House is huge with plenty of space for everyone. The view is amazing! There were a few minor maintenance issues, rental company responded quickly, but otherwise everything was great!

Definitely would do again!

We booked this house for a family vacation and it definitely has plenty of room for our huge group. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the pool table inside. Close to a lot of attractions and things to do and easy to get around as well. One thing I would recommend would be a crockpot so you can have supper cooking for you while out enjoying things.

Beautiful home

This home is amazing. The location is great. Right on the beach. The pool was great. The layout of the home was perfect for a big family with young kids. Very open and airy. The back deck spanned the whole house and kids were safe to let run around on it. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it needs updating. The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and an icemaker but the kitchen supplies were minimal and old. The trash cans had no lid so flies would get in them as well as our 1 year old’s hands! The indoor couch and outdoor couch probably could use a replacement as well. With a few minor updates, this place would be perfect.

Family Thanksgiving/Christmas Vacation

The location was great, and the house looked amazing from outside. On the inside it was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone and everyone had their own space. The downsides were the pool not being heated after I paid extra to have it heated so our family could enjoy the pool and kiddie pool if they didn't want to use the hot tub. We also had issues with the water heater when everyone took a shower. Not every room in the house had hot water and we had to call the Property Manager to get this fixed and they had to send out Maintenance on each issue. The Pool was never resolved, and they offered to refund our money, and they managed to fix the shower hot water in each room. All things that you are hoping not to worry about when this is the only time of year you get to see your kids and grandkids all at once. There were also issues with some of the locks not wanting to work properly or lock at all and it was a concern with the grandkids. The showers were a little sketchy as some of them looked like they had black mold in them, and we bought shower spray to spray the showers down while we were there. Knowing this is a rental property we knew there were going to be some issues or things we couldn't control. Overall, for the view of the beach and sound of the ocean we would definitely stay here again. For the issues we had and the cleanliness of the property we are doubtful to make this property our every year vacation house.

Filthy.

Dirty towels mixed in with clean ones in the dryer. Dirty sheets on 3 of the beds and got charged a 375.00 linnen fee!! Floors filthy. Chairs at both dining tables filthy. Missing cupboard pieces. Kitchen sink wouldnt shut off. Dirty dishes in the cupboard so you needed to wash items befor you could or wanted to use them. Dirty towels folded up and put back on rack in master suite..Felt ripped on pool table. Security gate leading off the deck was held in place with duck tape! Many missing boards around fencing in pool area.and the pain in several places around the pool is severly chipped and someone it is sharp. After a couple showers the hot water hecame non exsistent. Contacted management company about the pool, that i paid to have heated and was not, they did refund my money for that I contacted them about the rip in flet on pool table amd the missing cupboard piece and they dos offer to send aomeone oit. I said i was just maki g thwm aware so i wouldnt be blamed for damage. Upon checking out i called to talke about the filthy condition of the house. Managment lady said she'd "get back with me" and she never did. Such a raquet to be charged 375.00 for a linnen fee and have dirty linnen. This property needs a face-lift and cleaning. Definitely NOT "luxury" whatsoever!! Kriste Hobbs One diah towel in the kitchen. OnE.

Great house and great location!

We really enjoyed the Atlantis house! We had a family of 20 people, mostly adults with 5 young children, who needed private rooms and the house was ideal for that. Plus, the general living room/dining room/kitchen area was fantastic for a group of this size. The porch space and furnishings would have made it even better, but we visited during a record cold Christmas holiday, and it was just too cold to use that space. However, the hot tub functioned well, even with those cold temperatures and was enjoyed by many in our group. Plenty of dishes, refrigerator space, etc. for our family! The only recommendation would be that the owners replace the fold out couch on the third floor. It is not functional for adults and kids except for perhaps young ones due to the poor quality of the mattress. We had seen a similar comment and brought a blow-up bed for that space which worked for us. The beach in this area is beautiful and quiet, and the neighborhood is close to the Myrtle Beach attractions without being in the busy parts of the Grand Strand area. Highly recommend this house if you are going to this area.

some downfalls

Great location, great space, great pool/ hot-tub area. However, we had poopy clothes in one of the drawers! I was so embarrassed! The cleaning crew came and apologized, which was nice; but too, little too late. Also, the deck was bowed right before the stairs, so we kept tripping. When I called to ask them to fix it, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I did end up txting, and got through. A guy came out and put yellow caution tape up and told us not to use the stairs… yes, the main stairs with access down to the pool and beach. They said someone would be out to fix it, and never was. For paying over $15k for a week, I expected more, and tried to not be disappointed. I am surprised nobody called to apologize for our poor experience or compensated in some way. We made the most of it, but I would not stay here again, and probably not use this rental company.

It was nice but there were things that disappointed us

The people were still working on house for about 4o minutes after 4:00 pm . I took pictures inside cabinets were not clean . The first level deck was sinking in and we kept on stubbing our toes. Stove kept on clicking called about that and they said someone was going to come but didn’t. Dryer was still filled with towels when we got there. We check in at 4:00 and have to check out at 11:00 so we almost lose one full day along with last day we’re trying to pack and people are there cleaning pool and cutting grass on are time while we’re taking pictures. We have rented several houses but disappointed a little. The refrigerator door in washroom would not stay closed. They advertise on site hot tub but they charge you to heat it. If you get there a little early and you want to go to house they charge for that. I have never dealt with that before. . I feel for the amount of money we paid it should of been in tip top shape. The dolphin water fall in baby pool doesn’t work .

4/20 - 5/4 at Atlantis

Overall it is a great place to stay, beautiful house and can’t beat the location. Basically you have several hundred feet between you and the other guest at neighboring properties on the beach, views are incredible from the balconies. The whole family of 15 really enjoyed our stay and would come back to this property. We did have some maintenance issues on arrival. The jacuzzi did not work and took a couple days to get repaired. The pool and jacuzzi lights did not work, the pool light wasn’t fixed until day 10 of our 14 day stay and the jacuzzi light was never fixed (apparently it needed to be drained to repair). There was some interior and exterior lights out, those were fixed pretty quickly. WIFI was terrible, went in and out multiple times per day. Only 2 pool cues were present, one the tip kept falling off and the other the butt end was falling off, generally the pool table was in bad shape and could use some new felt. Beware of the ducks, every morning 2-3 ducks are in the pool and well they make a bit of a mess so be prepared to do some cleanup. The grass was cut twice while we were there, both times the pool and jacuzzi had a lot of grass and dirt after. They blow off the concrete but don’t bother skimming the water. Artificial grass or hardscaping would be better. For the money this place cost to rent I just feel like a little more attention could be used on the amenities. It doesn’t seem like anyone goes through the house to check these things prior to checkin.

Christmas Memories

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property fit our family perfectly. We came to have our Christmas Celebration. There were 14 of us. The 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was perfect. The 3 King Suites were spacious. The game room with the pool table was well used by our grandsons. They brought their own Playstation they hooked up to the game room TV. We loved, loved the location. Private boardwalk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Yet, close for those grocery store runs for last minute items! The oceanfront covered deck was enjoyed by all. Out we went with blankets, a hot chocolate and books. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. The kids used those 4 times each day! The kitchen was large and we were able to work together while preparing meals. We played booce ball, board games, took walks, used the pool and hot tub and made some wonderful memories. The only negative would be the condition of some of the furniture. Both club chairs in the game room had torn upholstery with the stuffing coming out. A couple of the chair pads in the dining room were loose. The locks on the 3 of the sliding glass doors were broken--two of which were accessible from the street level into the home (via the carport/backyard to living area).
