Family Matters är ett 5 sovrum, 5 badrum, strandpromenad vid havet. Med 2 kung master sovrum, 6 queen sängar, 1 enkelsäng och en drottning bäddsoffa. Det är bra för familjesamlingar och vänsamlingar. Många familjer som besöker inkluderar flera generationer och många av våra gäster återvänder varje år! Det är mycket väl underhållet och ligger i ett familjevänligt område.

En fiskepir ligger en kort promenad norrut och det finns flera restauranger inom gångavstånd i Surfside Beach.

Det finns en privat pool och en strandpromenad till stranden. Verandan är en underbar samlingsplats & har en vacker havsutsikt. Vacker havsutsikt från de två sovrumsviterna med Master King. Det finns många roliga saker att göra i närheten av en stor loppmarknad, restauranger, shopping, vattenrutschbanor, kajakpaddling, surfing, strandkamning och mycket mer.

Njut av vackra soluppgångar, joggar eller promenader på stranden och så många andra roliga aktiviteter.

Paradise!

Family Matters is a cozy and beautiful home with all the amenities you need on a vacation with a large group. The balcony provides a gorgeous view of the beach and it is a quick walk across the private access bridge to the sand. The pool and hot tub offer a great way to relax when the sand gets too hot. A beautiful trip to paradise!

We stayed with 15 of us eight adults and seven children nine years and under. It was an awesome vacation vacation. We started at the beach each day then went to the pool/hot tub. The kids loved all the possibilities of where they could play furniture could use some updating, but knowing more than 15 people rent it was fine for us

Houses are very close together, for privacy reasons I would recommend a curtain or shade of some sort for sides on porch over looking ocean to provide more privacy. House was excellent for our needs, very clean and plenty of room,we had 10 people

Great Family vacation spot

Family Matters is a great name for it. Great for all ages. Loved view of beach and easy access to beach. Pool was great and 5 bed rooms plus bunk beds in hall was perfect for our group of 14.

Great Beach House

We absolutely loved our stay at family matters. Beautiful spacious home with everything we needed to relax. The pool area was great when the kids were tired of the beach and made evening mealtime even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Spring Break Relaxation

This place was amazing. We had 16 people. Perfect location for all of us. We rented a golf cart, but its easily walkable to the Pier and the restaurants. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and made for a wonderful week! Highly recommend this place and the owner is extremely responsive and helpful! Love that this area is not super crowded during spring break.

Great Vacation Home

This was our 2nd time staying at Family Matters. Great spacious home with oceanfront pool. Very convenient for my 4 grandchildren. Conveniently located near River City Cafe! Highly recommend home!

Small Beach Wedding

The house was amazing. The pool and hit tub made for some great wedding pictures. We loved the house. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was great! The patio and short walk to the beach was perfect. We will definitely come back next year

Million dollar views!

This is the perfect place to enjoy a beach vacation. The house was a perfect fit for my family, kitchen is well stocked, the pool was a hit with my son, the beach being just steps away was awesome but the views from the deck were priceless! I would definitely recommend this piece of heaven!!

Great house, great location!

We wanted a beachfront house with a pool close to shops and restaurants. Family Matters exceeded expectations. It’s a really nice house with plenty of room. The owners responded to questions quickly and were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again should we come back to Surfside!

Family vacation

House was perfect! The pictures for living room are deceiving. It’s much larger than the pictures show. Any issues we had or questions, Eric took care of immediately and responded to my messages quickly! The proximity to the ocean is perfect and we lucked out on perfect weather our whole vacation! I would totally recommend the ice cream shop on the pier. It’s amazing! Thank you for your accommodations!

Family Vacation

House was very nice and spacious and well maintained and very clean. 10 people of all ages stayed and had ample room. All beds were comfortable. The back porch overlooks the pool and beach and had comfortable rocking chairs. It was very convenient and nice to have a pool and be so close to the beach. The beach is busy but not crowded as the bigger hotels are further down. Everyone had a great time. We will definitely go back

Awesome home!!! Wonderful Vacation!!

We had a girls group (16) of us for a week. We aged between 41 and 57. The property is wonderful. We could not fault it at all. The pool, beach and home were perfect. Mikki the owner was wonderful. She stayed in contact prior and during our vacation. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Mikki for sharing her home on VRBO.

Great location In Surfside Beach!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Family Matters. Having each bedroom with a private bath was great and the bunk bed on the upper landing was perfect for our 4 year old. The best part was the quick walk from our property to the beach, just a few steps. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and enjoyed daily. Would suggest adding an internet booster, like EERO, as we had many users and many of us lost connection, especially upstairs. Would recommend to any large families.

Our favorite travels were always beautiful beaches (originally from Ohio & North Carolina, we even got married on the beach in Myrtle Beach, SC), and we fell in love with Surfside Beach, as you get the best of both worlds – close to the city with tons to do, but also remote enough for uncrowded beaches and a place to rest & recharge with beautiful ocean views & sunrises. We are so happy to be able to share our home, Family Matters, with you and hope you enjoy your stay here and make many memories with your loved ones to take back home with you!

Beautiful ocean views from the deck, bedroom windows, living room, & boardwalk to the beach. Spacious home, with an open floor plan, lots of natural light, and well cared for by both current and previous owners. Perfect location as just a short walk to restaurants and shops, but also remote enough to enjoy privacy with a private heated pool and only steps away from a beautiful beach!
