🎸Where you'll sleep:
Primary bedroom: Located on the first floor. King bed with large en-suite walk in shower and double vanity
Guest room: 2nd floor, Queen bedroom with walk-in closet
Guest room: 2nd floor, Queen bedroom with spacious closet
Guest room: 2nd floor, two Queen over Queen bunk beds (Sleeps 8 total, if needed)
Other options: Two queen air mattresses, two twin roller beds, twin pullout couch, or a super cozy couch

- We'll provide a starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms come with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
- Parking is a breeze - we have private parking in the back of the home, plus ample street parking
- High-Speed Internet for streaming services
- Private parking and street parking available
- Full Size Washer and Dryer
- Smart lock on front and rear door for easy access with private code.

🎸Location:
- So much to see in East Nash – Sports and music fans will appreciate the proximity to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, and Grand Ole Opry
- In addition to Broadway, we are also short Uber/Lyft ride to 12 South, the Gulch, Music Row, and all the hot spots in Music City.
- You'll find a diverse array of restaurants and coffee shops- Pharmacy Burger is a neighborhood fave and don't sleep on Five Daughter's bakery.

Other things to note:
- Parking: Two parking spots are available behind the house off the alley. You may also park along the street in front of the house.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
