Girls getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and had many nice perks! Everything you need in a house and more! Great location to walk to go eat out, short Uber ride to downtown. We all said we would stay there again!

Great house for a group trip

This was my 2nd stay at Maxwell house. We were celebrating a 21st birthday & college graduation. The property owners had setup a fun celebratory treat bowl on the table for our arrival. The upgrade of a 3rd full bathroom & moving the entrance to the upstairs bathroom to the hallway are nice improvements especially because we were a group of 10 women. The house has everything one might need in a vacation home & then some. The location is great, grocery store is close by, many walkable restaurants, & short uber ride to other attractions like Broadway. I highly recommend this home.

Sister trip 2024

Beautifully remodeled house. Great location. Easy to get Ubers. Property manager very attentive and responded to all inquiries right away. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing to be aware of is the stairs as it is an older house so stairs to 3 of the bedrooms are steeper than the usual. LOVELY PLACE

2024 Family Christmas

This home was ideal for our family Christmas get together over MLK weekend. There were 12 of us and it provided 2 spacious living areas, comfortable beds and a great outdoor space. This home is central to many of the area attractions. If we are in the area again, I would not hesitate to return to this beautiful home.

Our stay was wonderful - finding this to be one of the most well-appointed homes we've stayed at. Melissa was over the top wonderful - knowing it was my Mom's big birthday - she decorated and left goodies for our stay. Beautiful and look forward to staying there again!

Wonderful Home

Our stay was wonderful! The home has been nicely redone, in a great location. It had everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfy, the fenced in back yard was appreciated by our pup, the kitchen was well stocked, etc. If we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect for the weekend!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was amazing. A very short Uber trip to broadway and the house has everything you could need to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and I look forward to coming back!

Yearly siblings and spouses vacation

The house was great. We had 10 adults and there was more than enough space for everyone. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The dining room table was even big enough for everyone. They provided lots of bath towels and many other essentials. Fire pit patio was also nice in the evenings.

Perfect for my 50th Birthday in Nashville

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Close proximity to downtown, just a short Uber ride. Also walking distance to several restaurants and shops in an art district type area. Nice quiet safe street. Huge yard for our pup! Perfectly decorated with Nashville flare and super .clean.

50th birthday celebration

I rented this place for my wife to celebrate her 50th birthday with her friends. They absolutely loved it . Location was great easy to get to and close to everything. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. We would most definitely rent there again.

Perfect!

We couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay during our visit. The house itself was amazing, but the property was very clean inside/outside, very accommodating, and slept the 12 of us more than comfortable. Will definitely be back here next time I’m in Nashville!

Excellent stay In Nashville

Perfect house for a group! We especially loved hanging out on the porch in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The host of the property, Melissa, was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions quickly and accommodated early check in and late check out for us.

Great location, spacious house and backyard

Music trip

Kevin King - born and raised in Illinois, but calls Nashville home for past 30 years (damn Yankee). Kevin has lived in and around Nashville for past 30 years and loves the city.
They have two kids that are grown and out of the house and they have eight grandkids that visit often.

We just love this location and its proximity to all of Nashville. It offers the best of both worlds - Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation in an old peaceful neighborhood or the thrill and excitement of downtown Nashville, this home has it all.

The yard is so very welcoming from the huge front porch (with swing) to the private fenced back yard with gas fire pit.
In addition, the house is totally renovated and offers an awesome basement rec room, easy walk to East Nashville restaurants and bars, quick cab/ Uber/ Lyft ride to downtown (3 miles) and bus stop 1 block away. We also have a Kroger grocery store 2 blocks away.
