House was cute, clean, and had plenty of room. The owners of this home have provided everything you need and more! Great porch and backyard with fire pit for evening sitting. Neighborhood was quiet and there were always families out walking in the evenings or pet owners walking their dogs. Plenty to around the area within walking distance. Ubering to Broadway was easy and affordable. Will definitely return in the future!

We enjoyed our stay here with our adult children and grandkids! There's plenty of room for everyone, and the amenities are well thought out. Easy check-in process. I have never felt unsafe in this neighborhood, which is very walkable. There are plenty of great places to dine if you're a foodie like we are.

Our stay was wonderful - finding this to be one of the most well-appointed homes we've stayed at. Melissa was over the top wonderful - knowing it was my Mom's big birthday - she decorated and left goodies for our stay. Beautiful and look forward to staying there again!

Perfect!

We couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay during our visit. The house itself was amazing, but the property was very clean inside/outside, very accommodating, and slept the 12 of us more than comfortable. Will definitely be back here next time I’m in Nashville!

Perfect house for a group! We especially loved hanging out on the porch in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The host of the property, Melissa, was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions quickly and accommodated early check in and late check out for us.

2024 Family Christmas

This home was ideal for our family Christmas get together over MLK weekend. There were 12 of us and it provided 2 spacious living areas, comfortable beds and a great outdoor space. This home is central to many of the area attractions. If we are in the area again, I would not hesitate to return to this beautiful home.
