Our rental unit is a fully licensed short-term rental with a business license issued by the District of West Vancouver and officially registered with the provincial government.
This well-maintained unit includes three private bedrooms, and each has its own private bathroom. Guests also share a kitchen, a dining and social area, and a laundry room, all thoughtfully set up for comfort and convenience.
If you're traveling as a large family or group and one person is responsible for the entire booking, you're welcome to reserve the full unit:
“A Whole Rental Suite – 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms – 1 Kitchen – 1 Dining – 1 Laundry.” This option accommodates up to 8 guests. You can put a mobile single sofa bed into the social area.
Alternatively, if you and your family/friends prefer to pay separately, you can book and pay for an individual room using the following links:
“O Charming Bright Queen Bed Room Ensuite” – This room includes a Queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom (bathroom inside the room). Ideal for 1 or 2 guests.
“T Bright & Cozy Queen & Sofa Beds Room | Ensuite” – Features a Queen-size bed, a double sofa bed, and an ensuite bathroom. Suitable for up to 3 guests (2 adults and 1 child).
“D Peaceful Stay Queen Room Dedicated Bathroom” – This is the current listing you're viewing. It has a Queen-size bed and its own private bathroom, located outside the bedroom. It offers the best value due to slightly less natural light compared to the other two rooms.

After coming to Canada 25 years ago to study at UBC, I earned my Chartered Professional Accountant designation—but nowadays, I spend more time making videos, walking my little dog Mac (a.k.a. my second son), and dreaming of setting sail on a cruise ship.
I live in beautiful West Vancouver and have a soft spot for good food—so much so that I happily pay to eat whatever the chef cooks! My place is in a contemporary building built in 2018, and I take pride in keeping it clean and comfortable for my guests. Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Public education in West Vancouver is among the best in the Greater Vancouver area. That’s why we moved here when our son was attending elementary school. In the blink of an eye, more than a decade has passed — our son is now studying at the university in Toronto, yet we are still unable to sell this ordinary home located in a wealthy neighborhood. We’ve had no choice but to remain here, continuing to shoulder the burden of high property taxes and ever-increasing home insurance costs. The short-term rental unit was set up specifically to help cover these two expenses, not to make a profit, but simply to generate enough income to pay taxes and insurance. It also serves as an affordable, safe, and conveniently located place to stay for visiting guests.
