Med utsikt över havet i alla riktningar ligger detta miljövänliga hem som ett skepp ovanför Asilomar Dunes pulverformiga vita sandar. Professionellt inrett med lyxiga möbler, om det har ett modernt kök, en skyddad uteplats och havsutsikt från nästan alla rum. På övervåningen finns en master svit med en Cal King säng och ett andra gästrum med en drottning; den nedre våningen har ett tredje sovrum med två tvillingar. Det finns fem platt-TV i hemmet.
Asilomar Beach - vid porten till Pebble Beach - erbjuder några av de mest fantastiska landskapen på Kalifornien kusten. Tillbringa dina dagar med att utforska tidvattenpooler. Ta långa promenader på strandpromenaden. Spela golf, besök akvariet, eller överge till charmerna av Carmel. Vid slutet av dagen, gå till spanska Bay för en solnedgång libation. Clean, comfortable and great view

As you can see by my summaries from above my family reallyenjoy the property. If I had one complaint the Wi-Fi in the master bedroom wasn’t very strong maybe a stronger router or a mesh system would work a little better.

Stunning View and Property

This home is stunning, well appointed and in a superb Pacific Grove location. Photos of the panoramic view don’t do this superb property justice. The chef’s kitchen with an extra large island was a bonus. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. -Deborah

Tremendous!

The location was perfect. The views from the master bedroom were phenomenal. Sleeping with the windows open to sounds of the surf was so relaxing. The decor, the layout, the deer(!) coming right up to the patio...it was a wonderful experience.

It was awesome!!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The golf course was nearby for my parents who enjoy golfing, and it was an ideal location for my husband and kids who love the beach. It was clean, and the night views were especially stunning. We plan to come back next time.

The Boathouse

We loved our stay at the Boathouse! The home itself if wonderfully decorated, meticulously maintained and extremely well stocked.! We enjoyed watching the deer sitting in the dunes around the house. The location is perfectly located to Asilomar Beach!

One of our best VRBO stays. Modern house with amazing views on the ocean. Professional kitchen (Sub zero, Viking range, 2 dishwashers). Perfectly clean. Deers even come to the window to visit!

Amazing

House was recently renovated and had everything you could imagine. Heated floors, amazing view and walking distance to the beach. You can hear the ocean waves at night. We will look for this house in future trips.

Beautiful Home

We have stayed in this home twice and have loved it each time. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc to cook and entertain for our family. We had two couples and one elderly mother stay and all enjoyed their time. Beautiful views. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Perfect Stay at Asilomar

We rented the house as a home base for a family trip to Monterey. It's in a perfect location - close to Monterey and to Pacific Grove, Carmel and Big Sur. The house is spectacular! Super clean, easy to check-in, easy to find things in the house, effortless check-out. Great communication with property managers, as well. Highly recommended!

Berach House, Pacific Grove

Celebrating the New Year in beautiful Pacific Grove

We have stayed twice at this home in 2022, once with friends and then with our adult children New Years weekend. It is very spacious, clean and in a nice location. It is a short walk to the beach and for a longer walk you could go to downtown Pacific Grove. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home

This home is an amazing value for what it provides. Gorgeous views, location is perfect - short short walk to beach, you can hear the waves with windows open, and all finishing touches on the home are of the best quality. Highly highly recommend.

Wonderful relaxing vacation

I celebrated my 75th birthday with my daughter and family in this beautiful home. The home feels both private and relaxing with beautiful views. A wonderful sanctuary with easy walks to the ocean paths. Comfortable beds which are important to me. Loved it. Also easy access.

Dreamy beach house

This house is so much better than the pictures. The kitchen is a cooks dream. The master bathroom is wonderful!! Pacific Ocean views from maybe every room. It is very clean and it was a relaxing enjoyable stay for our family of 5 for four nights. It is close to the aquarium, Pebble Beach and Carmel - so lots of great places in a short distance. Also, there is a beach right across the street. There were large mule deer that would come into the yard in the evenings and mornings which was wonderful. Maybe one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed in! Did not want to leave and will definitely rent again if we ever come back.

Beautiful Home w/ Wonderful View

Nice size home, clean, with convenient amenities. Ample deer to view as they fed and rested outside the dining room window. Saw at least six bucks, a few does and a couple of fawns. They were our closest neighbors that came around often but never uninvited. The ocean view off the master bedroom was spectacular as well as from the sides. Loved being around the sand dunes with all of the other wildlife. Time well spent! Thank you for your hospitality.
