And for the little ones, there is a high chair in the pantry as well as children's plates, bowls, and flatware.
BEDROOMS
Sink into the hybrid mattresses with luxurious bedding. Plus, every room comes with a ceiling fan and room darkening drapes.

âBedroom 2: King bed
âBedroom 3: Queen bed + twin bunk bed
(A Pack 'n Play and two twin foam foldable mattresses are available in the master closet for additional sleeping.)
OFFICE
Need to work while on your getaway? Located off the back of the master suite is a separate workspace with wood desk, office chair, a cushy arm chair, and loads of natural light.
TVs
There are ample ways to unwind with your favorite show or sports game â including an 85" Roku Smart TVs located in the central living room, and smart TVs in all three bedrooms. Just log in to your subscribed streaming platforms, and the TVs will automatically log you out upon checkout.
COOLING COMFORT
In addition to standard air conditioning, the home also includes room-darkening drapes, ceiling fans in every room, and Magnetite interior window panels designed to provide additional insulating capabilities by blocking UV rays while also reducing exterior noise by 70%.
PARKING
Driveway parking is available for one vehicle, and free street parking is available for up to two additional vehicles. Three vehicles max. (The garage is not accessible due to very low clearance.)
QUIET HOURS
Per Galveston City Ordinance, quiet hours are from 10 p.m.-8 a.m. You may still use the pool and outdoor areas after 10 p.m., but if you do, music must be completely turned off and other noises must be kept very low. During daytime hours, we ask for respect to neighbors by keeping music to a reasonable level.
PARTIES & GUESTS
Parties are not permitted. Additional guests who are not on the reservation may not come to the property. Max occupancy is 10 people. If we receive a noise complaint due to a party, you may be asked to leave without refund.
POOL WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By renting this property, guest understands that use of the pool by the guest and others staying at the property is at guest's own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the pool and the area around the pool.
Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the pool by any guests staying on property, and that the property owner is not responsible for any such injuries.
Guest understands there are potential dangers that the pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person using the pool if a person has health risks, using while intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guests agree to be fully responsible for any accidents guests may incur.
Guest understands that there is a child-lock gate at the top of the back stairs leading to the pool as well as a child lock at the top of the back door leading outside to the pool area. Guest understands that it is the guests' responsibility to engage these locks for them to be effective.
Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that all guests on property will assume responsibility for and the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner or Legacy Shores LLC for accidents or claims arising from guestsâ use of the pool.
