The manager never contacted me or showed up to give me a key so we had to book a hotel. It was very distressing as I was out on the street with two youngsters.I contacted VRBO to cancel the reservation and get a refund.

It was really nice to have so much space in New York! Check in was super easy. I also loved having a kitchen. We often had leftovers that we could heat up later. Also, my daughter needed to steam her throat every morning which we couldn't have done at a hotel. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. The handle got super hot, so we needed to use a cloth to adjust it or turn it off. I alerted the property manager about it. There are a few run down spots on the floor which could use some attention. The AC units worked well and we were always comfortable. Our activities were mostly near Times Square, so it was definitely walkable. There was a bus right out of our door which was very convenient if we were running late. It was the M50 line that would take us to Broadway/Times Square. I would book this property in the future if I needed to stay in the area.

This is a small apartment that could use some repair. There are 2 bedrooms with the kitchen in the second bedroom. Additionally, access to the unit is not easy, and the address is different than what is listed on the site.

Great location, perfect for overnight.

The location of the apartment was great; a few blocks off Times Square. Plenty of retail shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Enough room for an overnight stay for a family of 5 of and one guest. The room with two bunk-beds for all the kids was a main draw, while the master room was ample for a couple. Typical NYC apartment. Two issues to note...The communication the day of check-in was a little dis-settling. We were texted the address of the apartment on the drive up. So we planned to park the car at the nearest garage for overnight parking. Unfortunately, no address existed. After a few hours of trying fix this situation, the actual location was many blocks away. We had to get our car out and find another closer parking location. Street parking was eventually the best option. The other issue was the gate/door code didn't work. Luckily a resident in the apartments let us in as we explained we were staying there. Future renters please re-verity the actual address to avoid the back and forth.

Clean accommodations

Property is in a typical NYC walk up building. Clean and basic accommodations to sleep for tourists with a busy schedules. The one drawback is the location of the apartment is almost to 11th ave which is not convenient for public transportation and the walk was a bit much for my elderly father.
