Denna fastighet ligger vid basen av det världsberömda skidområdet Squaw Valley och är i centrum för all action. Denna 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet (med utsikt över bergen av Red Dog and Resort Run) rymmer upp till fem personer, (bäddsoffa är bäst för barn) och är 900 kvadratmeter. Det är beläget på översta våningen och är en enhet som vetter ut ur byn och nerför dalen.
Det stora sovrummet har en rymlig king size-säng och gott om garderobsutrymme. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och extra garderob. Det finns en gasspis med en steneld i vardagsrummet samt en bäddsoffa i queen-size. Det erbjuder också ett fullt utrustat kök, matbord med plats för 6 och en privat balkong med utemöbler.
Denna vackra lägenhet ligger bara några steg från stolliften, gondolen och linbanan. Det finns också GRATIS säker / privat skidskåp på huvudbyggnaden i vår byggnad och GRATIS säker, underjordisk parkering för 1 bil.
Dra nytta av utomhusbadtunnorna, gymmet, spel / arkad, tvättstuga på plats och gratis höghastighetsinternet.
Efter en dag på berget kan du promenera genom byn, umgås vid en av eldstaderna, ta en matbit på ett av de många matställena eller spendera lite tid på att titta på de många butikerna på fastighetens webbplats.
Vi försöker erbjuda denna lägenhet för mycket mindre än vad Village Management tar ut eftersom vi inte använder deras förvaltningstjänst. Vi gör vårt bästa för att ge så mycket besparingar vi kan till alla våra gäster. Daglig städning ingår INTE i dessa rabatterade hyror, men kan ordnas direkt via oss om du önskar en minimal avgift. Can’t beat the location

We considered staying outside the village to save a few dollars. So glad we decided on this spot. The rooms were great and everything was better than we expected. Would recommend.

Good condo but the snow removal that continued through the night was tough. They give you ear plugs but to no avail.

This place is 2 minute walk from all lifts on the Palisade side and perfectly located in the village. Fabulous property. Well run and underground parking as well.

Great location

Great location, conveniently close to lifts and all the amenities of the village. Outdoor hot tubs were greatly appreciated at the end of the day. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice gas fireplace to warm up by. Living space would be tight for six, but great for 2-4.

A nice location but a bit over priced

We had a wonderful time and a great stay. However, I've stayed in Palisades numerous times and we felt that this unit was overpriced. Building 4 is one of the furthest buildings from the ski lifts so it was quite a walk carrying ski equipment. Also, there were a few things that the unit should have been better equiped with. That is, basic things a Hotel in this same price catagory would provide, i.e., decent sized bar soap, shampoo, conditioner.

Ski adventure

The location was great! The space was plenty of room for our group. Beds were comfortable but sofa bed was not. Kitchen was clean and accommodating for meal prep. The underground parking was difficult to find. I didn’t realize it was color coded and missed the owner parking. The shower heads need replacing but nice hot water. Well supplied with games, books, kid friendly and great information about the area.

Great location

We loved our stay at the Pallisades. The condo is exactly as described. May need some upgrades, especially the shower heads. As others have mentioned, you will hear the snowplows all night if you are lucky enough to get fresh snow. I was actually going to bet I can clean a square empty space without having to back off once. :) The host was nice and left us a bottle of champagne and some ear plugs!

Great stay at a fantastic location

We spent an excellent Labor Day weekend at this Vrbo rental at the Palisades Tahoe in Squaw valley. We got clear directions to the key pickup, and to the actual property. It is a 4th floor corner unit overlooking the shops and parking lot on the ground level. Clean and well equipped with whatever is needed for a weekend getaway. Parking was included, and we were also able to get discounted tickets for the aerial tram to High Camp. I would recommend the shower heads to be changed since they don’t allow a steady stream of water, but otherwise all other amenities were fantastic. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location, we came for the Reggaefest and it was an awesome resort. Would definitely come back and recommend this place and location , very peaceful and quiet at night enjoyed the scenery from the deck.

Great condo in the Village at Palisades

This property is perfect for families wanting to stay in the village at Palisades Tahoe. We stayed with our almost two year old and another couple with a two and a half year old. The access to the slopes is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We were enchanted by our stay, so close to the lift and within the village. It was great! The highlight was the access to the hot tub outside within the condo, just no luck with the last day, as it was closed. Two rooms were big enough and it was very comfortable to have 2 bathrooms. Highly recommend the place!

Not a good experience

When we arrived for the 4:30 pm check-in (already a later than usual check-in time) the key wasn’t in the lockbox. The lockbox is a few miles down the road from the property at a local business. There were other guests there waiting for their keys, and it took a while for our calls to the emergency number provided to be returned. When we spoke to the property manger, we were instructed to go to the reception area in another building on the property where we would be given new keys. This took another 30-40 minutes while they contacted the unit owner to provide written permission to issue the new keys. It was 6 pm before we had access to the unit, and it was completely covered in dust and the bathrooms were not clean. No one had been in the unit for months. We were in town for a friends wedding and we ended up missing the rehearsal dinner because of the delay getting checked in. The next day, a goodie bag was left outside our door as an apology containing a bottle of wine, some candy, two packages of fruit snacks, and one granola bar. The wine would have been fine (I don’t drink) but the rest of the stuff looked like things that were thrown together from the office break room. It was a good location and the place would have been nice if it were clean, but overall the experience wasn’t good. I tried to contact the company before writing this to give them a chance to make it right, but I’ve been ignored.
