*Welcome to our downtown San Diego unit in the heart of the vibrant Gaslamp District. Please note that this is a lively, urban environment with an active nightlife. Noise from nearby clubs and bars is part of the experience. Additionally, like many major cities, you may notice a visible presence of individuals experiencing homelessness on the streets. We want you to feel secure and at ease during your stay, so please be assured that our building is fully secure, and the interior spaces have been designed for your comfort and privacy. If you ever feel uneasy or need immediate assistance, please don’t hesitate to call Clean and Safe San Diego at (619) 234-8900. We’re committed to ensuring you have a pleasant and safe stay in our unique downtown setting.

You are staying in a 100+ year old FAMOUS & historic building. The interior of your unit has been completely remodeled and looks new and amazing, but the exterior of the building itself is older, and we do not own this building. Please don't hold the age of the exterior against us when leaving a review, we are only responsible for the unit's interior. You will certainly enjoy the charm of this historic building, and the modern luxury interior of your unit.
"The host is allergic to dogs and cats; hence, we have a no-pet policy."
All guests will be required to sign a short-term rental form prior to access.
Paid parking lots can be found in the area (See "guest access"), and there is some street parking.
Every one infant present during reservation counts as one additional guest/adult

Your unit is located in a building on the new walking promenade on 5th Ave! The city has added poles in the ground to prevent cars from driving north or south on 5th Ave, so please plan accordingly. We will send you a map of all the cross streets and parking locations that you can access in the area. We are sure you will love the fact that you can walk to so many great attractions!
NO PARTIES, no pets, no smoking, no extra guests.
