The property was very easy to get to and extremely clean and ready for our stay. Plenty of towels and all the kitchenware that we needed. Also, the back patio is right at the pool, making it so easy to get out and enjoy.

Great place to stay

This property was great to stay at! It was well taken care of and the property manager got right back to me when we had questions! Our house was right outside the pool, which was perfect to keep an eye on the kids swimming!! The only thing I noticed with cleanliness was hair still on the floor behind the door in the bathroom!

Very clean & that is one of the most important things to me. I think the had one restaurant, but the town of St George was not that far away & had a lot of good restaurants. I would highly recommend “The Ledges”. The cost was reasonable. We split the cost with the other couple. We did not cook there, but the kitchen was well supplied. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoy Pickleball & there were two courts close by. The pool are was very clean & nice. I really can’t think of anything negative to say. I would give 5 stars out of 5. Customer Service was great as well.

Clean and good location townhouse

There were spiders on the main floor. A lot of spiders. They did spray when we complained but we still saw more than a few. Also it was not well stocked. In other properties' the the kitchen was filled with appliances and other kitchen essentials but this kitchen was lacking in may ways.

The perfect villa + location

All of the pictures were completely accurate of how everything looked when we got to our place!! The location of being slightly out of the craziness in St George & also having the pickle ball courts & swimming pool literally right outside the back door was phenomenal! Loved that everyone had their own bed, bathroom & the closet space was incredible for all our stuff. It accommodated our family perfectly! 12/10 We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Zion and Snow Canyon

Stay was great. Location was close to town, quiet and fantastic access to the pool and pickle ball courts. I would stay there again.

Visiting old haunts

It was mostly wonderful. The futons used for additional sleeping are not comfortable when doubling as couches. The location is good , it was nice having a hot tub so close. It was clean and had everything we needed
