BEST VRBO we have stayed at

Hi!This is probably our 5th/6th stay at a VRBO for our family of seven, and we loved this place! We were impressed with its orderliness, layout, cleanliness, and space. We the parents who paid felt we got a lot of bang for our money. We are somewhat “local,” and will likely return again for future mini getaways.

We loved everything about our stay here! Gorgeous home, loved being across the street from the pool, and perfect access to St. George - but also a little removed, which we loved. Thank you for such a great stay!

Excellent Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third home that I have rented at the Ledges. The location was excellent! It was so convenient having the pool just steps away. The unit was in good repair with a lot of space and amenities. The only downside was no deck shade and the cleaners must have been rushed in turning over the unit. But once we found the tv remotes in between the couch sections, in the bathroom and in the wrong bedroom then rewashed the dirty dishes that were in the cupboards- we felt totally at home and settled into a fabulous 14 day stay. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Fantastic location

Awesome location right across from pool and pickleball. Very clean, well maintained. Would stay there again. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space (family of seven). Only issue we had was internet and TV connectivity. Could never seem to get streaming services set up. But, it was vacation and we spent a lot of time out and about so wasn’t the end of the world. And I’m sure if we really focused on it we could have figured it with management company. Management company was professional and responsive. Amazing location.

Swim Meet

We came down for a swim meet and stayed in this location. Great community, lots of amenities. Close to downtown as well. Would stay here again.

Great views and able to see the stars and enjoy the scenery. Property was great. Clean and fun. Had great features and would like to stay longer next time. Maybe have a Roku on the tv for easier app selection? Either way. Great

Nice place, but the unit needs a deep clean and hot tub was GROSS.

We have stayed at The Ledges before and enjoyed our time away. This trip was no exception, except... Upon arrival we noticed very dirty stairs leading up to the second floor. Not a little dirty, like a LOT dirty. Multiple bunk beds we're covered in sand and had pilled sheets. Master comforter had quite a few stains. Living room rug needed to be vacuumed, which we did (but not my favorite thing to do first thing on vacation). Pantry had all the essentials and it was nice to have a grill. We had fun playing pickleball, but be prepared to fight people for a turn on the courts. Pool was supposed to be heated- it wasn't- and the hot tub was green for the first two days, so we were only able to use it the last day. I contacted management and all I got was an apology. A little disheartening when you spend that much on a unit.

Perfect place for us!

We came down to St George for a baseball tournament with our family and a friend. We didn’t get to spend enough time at the condo. We wish we didn’t have to go to baseball games the whole time and could have enjoyed the condo and amenities. The roof-top porch was awesome! Everything was perfectly clean and the kitchen had great accommodations since we made breakfast there every morning before heading out! We are all excited to plan our next trip to St. George and we will be looking to stay here again! Just as a side note, the contract you have to sign before being able to stay at the property had gone to my junk email so I never saw it. The property reached out to me by text, phone call and another email to let me know that this needed to be done before we arrived. I appreciated that they used all the resources to track me down so they wouldn’t have to cancel my reservation. I was very impressed! Plus the communication before, during and at checkout were awesome! I left like a valued customer!

Love Ledges

This beautiful location gives you a gorgeous drive down into town each day and is such a beautiful spot to relax at the pool, rent a bike, take a walk or go hiking. We have stayed at Ledges twice now in different units and would recommend it.

Exactly the perfect spot to stay in St George

This unit was clean and spacious and right across the street from the pool which was also large and clean and safe. We loved that we could rent ebikes and ride through Snow Canyon right on the premises and the restaurants and shops were a short driving distance. Check-in and check-out was so easy. Rules were simple and easy. Met other guests of the property and they were very nice, well-mannered people. It was just as nice as other fancy resorts we have stayed at in St George but way more affordable!!!! Thanks, we will stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So we stayed in this exact property on 9/11... and specifically requested this property because it was so good.However, this time? I would have to let You know that we were very disappointed.The carpet in the bedroom downstairs was absolutely disgusting and the towels/bedding all smelled like mold and mildew. We attempted to wash them so that we could use them? but the Washer unfortunately has not been maintained or cleaned and it's a front loader. So we went and bought some clean towels that we could use and used our own pillowcases etc for bedding.It was disappointing because I am not sure that the property owners are aware of this when they are paying someone to maintain and rent their property.

Reviewer Comments: From the very first email I sent inquiring about a rental/golf package, to the final time we closed the door and headed home, the entire experience was 5 star. The condo was spacious and beautiful, the golf was excellent, the dinner at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. Hiking at Zion was breath taking and golf at both The Ledges and Wolf Creek were amazing. It is a trip we will remember for a long time.
