Very clean, quiet neighborhood!

Very clean, fenced back yard was great for child and dog to play. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to Mayfair and Wrightsville Beach.

Perfect Home!

This home was perfect! It was clean and well-stocked. The owners communicated well. The location was close to the universities as well only 15 minutes to the beach.

A little piece of home

The owners thought of everything. All we had to bring was ourselves. When we got in town earlier than expected, they were flexible. Much appreciated, one of my favorites so far.

Home away from home…

What a great property and I can’t say enough about the great communication from Dena our property mgr/host. The property was tastefully decorated and had everything you could want. Everything from extra towels, pillows, throws when relaxing on the couch to a great patio with grill and string lights so you can enjoy those great Carolina nights. We stay for over a month and felt as if we were at home the whole time and we’re even a little sad to have to pack up and leave. But if the need ever came about that we needed a place to stay again in Wilmington, this would be at the top of our list. Need to mention that the fenced in back yard and bowls for our pup were a great touch. If you’re looking for a great place that is convenient and accessible to everything in Wilmington, this is the place!!
