Aunts Birthday Celebration

We had an amazing time. Nice place to stay and relax after a long day crafting and exploring Lake Geneva Condo was immaculate. Comfortable sofa, chair and beds. Beautifully view of the lake. Pool and hot tub area was nice. Very clean and well kept

Comfortable lake stay!

The condo was very comfortable and spacious for 3 adults, 2 teens. The view of the swimming pool and lake from the balcony was amazing! Only con is the very noisy A/C unit on the balcony. The facilities are well-maintained with great size outdoor/indoor pool, nice lobby area! The sister resort, Lake Lawn, is close by and can be used for it's restaurants, lakeside fire pits, boating rentals, etc. Staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay there!

Nice place. Front staff not so nice

Asked for an early check in. Was told 1pm would be fine. Arrived at 2 room not ready until 3. Front staff not apologetic and didn’t seem to care much. Poor customer relations in my opinion. Otherwise nice place.

Relaxing lakefront mini vacation

The inside photos were accurate and this unit was very spacious for the two of us, but could have easily accommodated our 2 grown daughters in the 2nd bedroom. We only ate breakfast there, but the unit had an electric skillet if you wanted to " cook" something since a stove/ oven is not available. The bathrooms needed a little tlc, but overall were clean and good sized. Ice machine in unit was not working but Front Desk showed us where the public machines were on property. The AC unit was very effective, but it was located on the balcony. We had to turn it off to hear the serene water and nature sounds from the balcony. We loved sitting on the balcony with morning coffee and evening drinks. The pool is heated, lit at night and quite large. Very clean an inviting. We enjoyed swimming, while watching the sunset. The small, yet spacious sand area was a plus. You could walk into the water from the beach, however there were alot of small stones present and sea plants. Can't beat the view of the quiet lake from the beach, pool, deck and even the Lobby. We didn't use the indoor pool or hot tub this trip but they looked clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. We even received coupons to Lake Lawn lodge, their sister property. We definitely plan on returning and requesting this unit.Thanks for the much needed relaxing getaway location!!

Good View & Spacious

The condo was very spacious and had a good view of the lake, from about any room. The size of the condo is what really stood out as living and sleeping spaces were quite big. Easy to find, parking was not an issue, and there's a staff at the front desk for any issues that pop-up. The indoor and outdoor pool were nice for small children. There's not a stove/oven and I missed that during booking. There is a hot plate in the condo. The facility and condo are a bit dated, but nothing too terrible. The AC unit is on the balcony which is a bit loud and blows a fair amount of hot air. Overall, a family friend location that is reasonably priced.

Delavan Lake Stay

This was the perfect location and space for our girls getaway. Close to downtown Lake Geneva with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean and spacious with all amenities needed provided.

Great place! Enjoyed the lake view!

Very nice place for gathering with family or friends. It threw us a bit when we saw there was no oven, but soon realized the microwave is convection. There was a book in the drawer to instruct us, since we had no experience with that. Everything turned out great.

Lovely resort and condo

We really loved the resort and condo. It was very clean. The view was great and the beds were very comfortable. It was only 15 mins. from Lake Geneva. We didn't use the pools, but they both looked very nice. Very clean and kept up resort. We'd come back again.

70 th birthday celebration

The booking process was easy. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. It was everything we needed. Very clean and I am very particular how about cleanliness as a nurse. . Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Best part was the beautiful waterfront view. I highly recommend this rental

Spacious unit with great view

This is a very large unit that would easily fit 6. The photos on the website are accurate--in fact the place is larger than it looks. The deck overlooking the lake is small but perfect for having coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. The only complaint we had is that it took us a long time to figure out how to use the TV remotes. Written instructions should be provided. The indoor and outdoor pools were very clean and there were plenty of chairs. The hot tub was my favorite. Its close to Delavan town and only 15 minutes from Lake Geneva, This is a great place for Families. Overall a great property !

Enjoyed our stay at Delavan Lake

We had a very nice mother-daughter getaway and the unit was perfect and comfortable. It's proximity to Lake Geneva was very convenient and the views from the condo were spectacular-we saw a beautiful sunset over the lake. Todd, the property manager, was wonderful! Our only complaint, there was no streaming service available-only cable TV, which hampered our plans to watch a movie in the evening. But other than that, we had a great stay.

Great Stay

Our family had a great time. The weather didn’t completely cooperate so the indoor pool and game room were lifesavers! Lots of space, and the perfect spot to view the sunset over the lake. Only negative was the toaster - that thing burnt everything to a crisp!!

close getaway

Was great to finally get away during this crazy 2020 "adventure". The weather did not cooperate but it was wonderful to spend uninterrupted time with our kids and grandkids. It was much needed and the unit fit our purposes well!

Excellant family get away

My wife, 2 kids and I stayed for a long weekend get away. It was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and quiet. Other guests, staff and nearby residents were very friendly. Would stay again.
