Eclectically decorated, it has everything needed for an enjoyable getaway- and historic downtown is less than a mile away. Nestled back from the street on a fully fenced 1/3 acre lot, the secluded front deck and lushly landscaped yard provide additional living space.

Living room
The comfortable, cozy living room is conducive to lounging, conversing, and enjoying cocktail hour.

Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare splendid meals, like fresh fish from one of our local markets.

Bedroom 1
The spacious master bedroom with tropical ceiling fan has much personality, as well as ample storage for your clothes and personal belongings.

Den (Bedroom 2)
This room is designed as an entertainment space, with a 42-inch TV, full Wi-Fi, books and board games, and the leather futon sofa converts to a twin bed (with a 4" mattress topper available).

Bathroom
With its artsy gray and black decor, the Jack-and-Jill bathroom is accessible from either the den or bedroom, ensuring complete privacy.

Outdoor space
The secluded deck features a gas BBQ grill, zero-gravity lounge chairs, and a table with umbrella (and 4 chairs) – perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining! The sizable lot features an expansive backyard with a variety of mature trees and native foliage.
Guest access
Guests may access anything within the fenced yard.

West Augustine is an up-and-coming enclave and arts district hosting bars, shops, restaurants and local artists showcasing their wares.
