Welcome to our home where classic charm meets sophisticated modernity, creating a welcoming atmosphere designed for both comfort and entertaining.

Kitchen & Dining:
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine—perfect for preparing meals. The dining area, offers ample seating for both casual and formal gatherings with family and friends. A key highlight of this home is the versatile dining table, which effortlessly transitions into either a pool table or ping-pong table, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Liverpool.

Bedrooms:
Eight beautifully appointed bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms feature two double beds each, while six bedrooms are furnished with a one double bed. The living room also provides additional sleeping space with a double sofa bed, equipped with a separate fold-out mattress for superior comfort—ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Many of our guests have commented that the sofa bed offers the same level of comfort as a traditional bed, making it an excellent option for extra guests.

Bathrooms:
With four bathrooms in total (three full bathrooms and one half bath containing a toilet only), this home offers ample convenience for larger groups. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your stay

Living Area:
Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a plush corner sofa and a large flat-screen TV offering streaming services for your entertainment.

Parking & Accessibility:
Paid street parking is available directly outside the property (pay and display, max 2 hours), and all-day parking is also offered at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, just a 5-minute walk away. The property boasts excellent public transport links, providing easy access to bus and train routes, making it effortless to explore Liverpool’s iconic attractions.

• All bed linens, including sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases, are provided.
• One bath towel per guest is supplied, along with hand towels for each bathroom. If you require additional towels, please bring your own.

• No parties or events
• Quiet hours after 11 PM
• Guest count must not exceed the number specified in the booking
• Check-out is at 10 AM

Please note that this house is located in a residential area and is not suitable for noisy or party groups. To help us to live in harmony with our neighbors, we have quiet hours between 11pm - 8am. If this isn't for you, please let us know and we’ll help find you a more suitable home or apartment.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
