Great Condo on the Beach

My friends and I stayed for spring break and our friend’s 21st birthday! We had an amazing time at this property. The hotel pools and bar were wonderful and the staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, this was a great stay and I will be coming back to the Majestic Beach Resort in PCB!!

Great Communication and Property!

Some friends and I went for the weekend of the 4th! The property manager was so helpful and answered every question I had! The listing photos are very accurate, and the view is great! I will definitely be booking again!

We have stayed at Majestic Towers numerous times and I have to say, this unit was one of the best. Very nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Book that Condo made it such a seamless process in and out. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful getaway at this unit. Everything was as pictured. My one and only complaint would be that our check in time was delayed and that was a hassle. But next time, i would pay for early check in. We will be back, for sure.

Great place! Only a couple issues!

This place was great! Has a lot of space & a pretty view! The only complaints we had were that in the guest bedroom the sheets were not clean and we had to request new ones, and the bed was super squeaky to the point it was hard to sleep. Other than that, it was great!

Peaceful

The unit was well stocked with basics. Very clean. Reserved parking was a plus . The only strange thing was sitting on the porch at night, all the smokers outside their units below floor 13 would overwhelm you at times.

Great condo

We had a wonderful time here. The condo size and location was also very good. We didn’t have any warm blankets for the foldout bed, but the host was very quick in responding when we made the request for one. My only complaint is with the elevators in the building. They were very slow and many times we found ourselves waiting in long lines just to get on.

Girls Trip 2023

Place was clean upon arrival except a used razor in one of the showers. A drain in one of the tubs in bathroom were clogged by what looked like sunflower seeds. The bed in the guest bedroom is extremely hard. Everything else was okay. Master bedroom is nice, bed is comfortable. Couch bed is comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with utensils.

This Condo is just OK

We relied too much on the property photos and should have read more of the customer reviews. PROS: - Good location with a nice beach and view - Included 2 beach chairs in rental price - Reserved off street parking spot - Adequate furniture on the balcony CONS - Unit was not very clean upon arrival - Master bed's comforter needs cleaning. Smelled of body odors. Supposed clean top sheet was full of sand. - Bedrooms face Front Street and are noisy - Dishwasher was clogged (and stunk) throughout our stay. After hours maintenance contact person was an ass about it. - Kitchen lacks common items you would expect a kitchen to have (veggie peeler, dish clothes, hot pads, funnel, salt/pepper). We purchased at the dollar store so maybe they'll be there for your stay. - Complimentary activities program Xplorie is worthless - Fee charged by Book That Condo group are outrageous There are much nicer (and less expensive) units up and down the beach. Spend some time and search them out.

Beautiful vacation spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and clean, with comfy beds, spacious, well-appointed bathrooms, and a kitchen containing almost everything we needed for our stay. We liked the fact that it was behind a second door, too, because it added privacy and quiet. The building itself is very sturdy and noise-proof – we were never bothered by street noise or other tenants. And you can't beat the convenience of being right on the beach, within walking distance of multiple restaurants, and having multiple pools at your disposal! It's PCB, so it's crowded, but everyone we met was friendly and helpful, both other guests and building staff. (We had to call Book That Condo after hours for help with something, and they were courteous and friendly.) Literally our ONLY complaint was how infernally slow the elevators are, but even that created opportunities to bond with strangers, lol. Also, make sure you go in the correct tower; there are two, and it can get confusing from the 3rd-floor loading area (where you can pick up a luggage cart to bring your stuff inside). All in all: beautiful condo, beautiful view from the deck, beautiful white sand, beautiful sparkling clear water. We'll definitely be back next year for another beautiful vacation!!

Nice place

It was nice. The parking garage is a bit of a walk, Especially while having to carry items to/from the car. There are cars available but again, it’s a long way there and back to get one. The elevators are very busy and it takes a while to get one especially during busy times. (They really should think of putting a fan in them, it’s very hot in there). I’ve been to several places in Florida and I would say this one is better suited for those with younger teenagers/young adults. Overall it was a beautifully decorated condo with a wonderful view.
