The Bengal Suite at Unicorn Zebra

This self check-in boutique hotel is in the heart of downtown. Walking distance from the street car to UA campus, Fox Theater, Congress Street and the Convention Center. This king sized suite is part of the newly renovated downtown Citizen Building, home of the Unicorn Zebra.

It features a popular cocktail bar and 10 rooms. Beautiful 14ft ceilings, crisp white linen, huge bathtubs and contemporary finishing create a comfortable, unique and upscale experience unlike any other in Tucson.

The Unicorn Zebra merges the convenience and autonomy of a vacation rental with amenities of a hotel. The Unicorn Zebra cocktail bar is a local favorite in the lobby. You will be provided with a code to access the building and your room. If you need anything, you can connect directly with the owners via text, email or your booking platform.

Located in a historic neighborhood just off the main downtown scene with easy walking access to all the attractions but the benefit of staying in a quiet neighborhood.

There are two event spaces in the building that can be reserved ahead of your stay for large and small events. Additionally, our popular cocktail bar adds an amenity. The rooms are quieter than most downtown, tucked away just around the corner from the downtown center of activity.

The street car to the university and MSA Annex stops across the street from the building. Main downtown sites are all within walking distance and access to the I10 is a 2 minute drive.

Please note that the property has two main floors. To access the loft area, you will need to climb a flight of stairs. The Bengal suite is on the street level and you can access this room without climbing any stairs if needed.
