In this ideal location, you'll be around the corner from morning hikes in Mawignack Preserve and only a mile from Catskill's charming village center. When you're ready to get out and explore the area, head to Hudson, Athens, Coxsackie, and Cairo, all within 12 scenic miles.

Spend your days perusing Catskill's renowned boutiques, craft beverage spots, and excellent restaurants, and learn about the Hudson River School of American painting at Thomas Cole National Historic Site (one mile). Returning home, you'll be greeted by an enormous yard - the perfect spot to open a bottle of wine and tell stories around the firepit.

Inside, there's so much space for relaxing - two living rooms (each with a smart TV), a sunroom, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining room to use when you're not eating out in town. Sleep soundly in four comfortable bedrooms with central air conditioning running throughout. Other features of the house include a private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
