Our Daughter's Wedding

We were in the area for our daughter's wedding at Saugerties Performing Arts Factory. The location could not have been more perfect! Close to the venue and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We loved sitting on the private front porch enjoying our morning coffee. We appreciate all the amenities and the cleanliness of the house! We will definitely be staying here again if you are ever back in the area!

Comfortable house in quaint village

This was a great house for relaxing, strolling into town for good restaurants. House was immaculate and so comfortable with everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and face great suggestions for restaurants. Highly recommend this great home

Amazing Gem Close to The Village

This property was nothing short of perfection. Very very roomy in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Loved being able to walk into town literally all day long. The home was very updated and super comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on an air and we really enjoyed having multiple outdoor porches.

Excellent rental home in Saugerties

My husband and I were in Saugerties to attend a wedding. Because we had never been to this area of New York, we decided to stay a few extra days to get to know this area and wanted a home rather than a hotel. Jin was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. She provided an extensive list of what was provided in her newly updated home, gave excellent recommendations of where to eat and what to see and promptly answered any messages. The kitchen was fully stocked, something we don’t always see in vacation rentals. We highly recommend Jin, and her home, as a vacation rental.

We enjoyed our stay!

Well maintained home with everything we needed. AC worked beautifully during the heat wave. Kitchen is nicely modernized. Saugerties is a quaint town that is fun to visit and is well located for travel around the Catskills.

Great experience from start to finish

Jin was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Our check in was very easy and the house is exactly what we hoped for. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. Definite recommend.

Beautiful house in a perfect location

We were there for the HITS horse show venue. Beautifully renovated house that is 1.5 miles to the show grounds. I rode my bike and it’s a very easy 5 minute ride. We will definitely be back!!

Clean and Great Location

The house is just a block from restaurants and shopping. The host responded promptly to all messages, and left helpful instructions at the house, which was spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Saugerties, NY September-October 2020

I would highly recommend this property. The house is immaculate and recently renovated. It was perfect for our family of three and large enough to hosts guests on weekends. It is in walking distance to the commercial district in Saugerties and a 15 minute drive to Woodstock and 30 minutes to Hudson and Rhinecliff. Our host, Jin, was incredible. She was exceptionally responsive to all of our inquiries and requests. We required a last minute late check out due to work-related issues and Jin allowed us to push back our check-out time from 11 am to 5 pm. She even declined my offered to pay for an extra day. I can't say enough good things about Jin. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
