Newly Renovated 4BR, Central SD 10-15 min to Downtown, Zoo, Beaches
Newly renovated, family-friendly 4BR + 2.5 bath home with putting green, fire pit, and tons of backyard amenities. Home is centrally located in a great neighborhood only 10-15 mins from top attractions - zoo, sea world, downtown/convention center, beaches, hiking, golf. Perfect for families and small groups looking to explore SD.
This home is used by my family and I and is meticulously cared for. We recently updated the home to a modern, open concept layout and upgraded the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a large backyard that is perfect for entertaining families or small groups. The home is family-friendly with many amenities for kids/little ones and comfortably accommodates longer family vacations and shorter weekend trips. We also recently added a foosball table and golden tee arcade machine with 20 games.
Aside from the expansive backyard and recently renovated interior, this home is in a perfect central location for exploring all of San Diego. It is in a quiet, safe, welcoming neighborhood and is less than a 15 min drive from pretty much everything:
- Downtown: Zoo, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, Museums, Old Town, Petco Park, Convention Center (Comic Con)
- Beaches: Mission Beach/Bay, Pacific Beach, La Jolla Shores
- Sea World
- Golf Courses (Torrey Pines)
- Fashion Valley, Mission Valley, UTC Shopping Malls
- Snap Dragon Stadium
- Colleges (USD, UCSD, SDSU)
- Rady’s Children's Hospital and Sharp Memorial Hospital
Legoland and the the Safari Park are also only ~30 minutes away.

BEDROOMS
4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Each bedroom has new blackout shades
- 1 king bed w/private ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, and 50" smart TV
- 1 king bed w/standing desk and chair/work station
- 1 queen bed
- 1 bunk bed - full on bottom, twin on top (twin bed has a 250lb weight limit)

All essentials are provided
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash
- Hair dryer (1)
- Bath towels, hand towels, make-up towels
BACKYARD
- BBQ grill (4 burner, propane)
- Fire pit (propane) + 5 adirondack chairs and sitting wall for extra seating
- Putting green (4 adjustable length putters + golf balls)
- Corn hole
- Nerf football
- Outdoor dining and lounge furniture
- String lighting (remote controlled) for the evening
FOR KIDS/LITTLE ONES
- Pack and play (Graco) - must bring your own sheets
- Ikea high chair (max 30lbs), includes tray
- Plastic kids plates, bowls, cups, and utensils
- Infant/toddler bath tub (max 25lbs), pour cup/spout, bath toys
- Bubble wands and bubble solution for backyard fun
- Misc. kids/toddler/infant toys and books
PARKING
- Plenty of free street parking
- 1 car can be parked on the driveway as long as it does not block the sidewalk
WASHER/DRYER
- Available for longer stays, upon request (located in the garage)

- No smoking of any kind

- Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am. We have very friendly, welcoming neighbors. Please be respectful of the quiet hours. No loud music outdoors and outdoor activities must end before 10pm.

I am a San Diego native. My family and I use this home when we visit friends and family still in the area. We are happy to share it with others when not in use. We take pride it keeping our home exceptionally clean and cozy.

Our neighborhood is quiet with welcoming neighbors and a great sense of community. Its also very safe which is our top priority since we have young children, and 10-15 minutes from many attractions

Our home is central to all the top attractions and in a quiet, safe, and welcoming neighborhood which is difficult to find. Downtown, zoo, beaches, sea world, shopping are all 10-15 minutes away. We also recently renovated the interior of the home and finished the backyard with a lot of fun amenities including a putting green and fire pit.
