Relax and unwind in our newly remodeled, family-friendly, clean and cozy 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the heart of San Diego.
This home is used by my family and I and is meticulously cared for. It is centrally located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood and only 10-15 mins from all of San Diego's top attractions:
- Downtown: Zoo, Balboa Park, Little Italy, Museums, Old Town, Petco Park
- Beaches: Mission Beach/Bay, Pacific Beach
- Sea World
- La Jolla
- Golf Courses
- Fashion Valley, Mission Valley Shopping Malls
- Snap Dragon Stadium
- Colleges (University of San Diego, UC San Diego, San Diego State)
- 5-10 mins to Rady Children's Hospital and Sharp Memorial Hospital

PARKING

- 1 car can be parked on the driveway as long as it does not block the sidewalk
HOUSE RULES
- No parties
- No smoking of any kind
- Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am. We have very friendly, welcoming neighbors. Please be respectful of the quiet hours and keep outdoor noise to a minimum
Cameras and recording: There is a security camera in the front of home and a video doorbell at the front door. Both record ~30 sec clips when motion is detected. This is for safety purposes.

I am a San Diego native. My family and I use this home when we visit friends and family still in the area. We are happy to share it with others when not in use. We take pride it keeping our home exceptionally clean and cozy.

Our neighborhood is quiet with welcoming neighbors and a great sense of community. Its also very safe which is our top priority since we have young children.
