Private Pool & Spa – Take a refreshing dip in the pool or relax in the spa (spa heating is available only when the pool is heated for an additional fee). Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the common areas with natural light.

Additional Amenities:
Parking – Free on-site parking for two vehicles, plus extra street parking.
Climate Control – The main living area has an AC unit, and portable space heaters are available for added comfort (please note: bedrooms do not have individual AC units).

Other Things to Note:
To maintain the villa in top condition, our pool technician visits weekly on Mondays between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The technician will enter the property without prior notification to guests.

Policies:
- Before booking, please review our cancellation policy carefully. Refunds are issued according to the terms outlined in our policy, which can be found at the bottom of this listing.
- Check-in is available only between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is on hand during these hours to assist with any concerns. For a smooth experience, check-in outside of these times is not permitted.
- If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please reach out to us. Availability is not guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.
- We do not accept package deliveries before your arrival. The host is not responsible for receiving, handling, or potential loss/damage of any mail or packages sent to the property.

House Rules:
- Ensure the number of guests in your booking is accurate, as pricing is based on occupancy. Additional overnight guests are not permitted.
- In accordance with city regulations, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
