Summary:
Modern 3-bed, 2-bathroom jacuzzi unit in the heart of El Peñon, with enough space for 6 people.
The unit comes with fast 300 MB WiFi. All tabs have hot water, all rooms have queen beds, A/C, and smart TVs that connect to Netflix.
This is an ideal space for a group of friends, a family, or even executives.
The El Peñon neighborhood is a very walkable area with plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Colonial San Antonio is only 3 blocks away.
The Space:
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/living room and a private patio with a nice 6 person jacuzzi.
Each bedroom has A/C plus a 43" SmartTV. The living room has big fan and a 49" SmartTV. All of them connect to Netflix, etc.
One of the closets has a safe for your personal belongings and valuables.
The living room is big and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. Basics such as coffee, salt, pepper, oil, etc are supplied.
Bathrooms come with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper.
The internet is a 300 MB fiber optic connection with the router located inside the apartment if you need to connect through Ethernet cable.
The total apartment size is 85 m2 / 914 sq.ft.
Check-in time: After 4pm. Check-out time: 11am.
This unit is located on a high first floor. There are 3-4 steps to climb in order to arrive at the apartment. The building has no elevator.
Security:
Please note that this building has video surveillance in the facade and common areas but we do not have permanent staff on the location 24/7. Our cleaning and maintenance team do visit the building on a daily basis.
Parking:
The building has no parking. Please do not leave your car or motorcycle unattended on the street at anytime. This advice applies anywhere in the city at any time of the day. We are not responsible for damage or theft to your vehicle during your stay.
We recommend using the public parking by the Tertulia museum 2 blocks away.
Housekeeping & Laundry:
Housekeeping and laundry services are not included with the stay. However they can be arranged at an additional cost and a full one days notice. For this unit, laundry is $60.000 COP per load. It includes pick-up at the apartment by our staff, washing, drying, folding and delivery back to you. Housekeeping is $200.000 COP per assigned day, which includes change of water and chemicals in the jacuzzi as well.
Guest Access:
Once you rent the place, it's all yours. You are welcome to have visitors, but please don't exceed the 6 person maximum capacity at any time, and please respect the house rules at all times. Thank you :-)
The Neighborhood:
El Peñon is a Zona Rosa and Cali's premium hotel district. Within walking distance, you will find more than 40 restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, bakeries, home-made ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transportation, Cali's river, the historic center, colonial San Antonio, the Tertulia Museum, etc. In other words, this is the place to be in Cali. The property is located right around the corner from Krost Bakery which is probably the best breakfast spot in the entire city.
SmartFit and BodyTech gyms offer daily and weekly passes and are located about 5-6 blocks away, a pleasant stroll along the river.
Getting Around:
Access to transportation is easy and the options include yellow taxis, Uber, DiDi and busses. All of them are metered (buses have a fixed price) so you need not worry about being overcharged.
But the best way to experience the area is walking around. Don't miss visiting San Antonio and the river boulevard.

Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for every person staying at the property. A signed rental agreement is required prior to entry.
Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.
Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you wonât get lost.
Factura electrĂłnica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after VRBO commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund.

We have our office nearby and also operate another building around the corner on the same block - Villa del Peñon - so there's usually always someone from our team in the area. Our main priority is to ensure a great stay for you, so we are happy to help with any questions you may have about the city and surroundings.
At night we have an emergency line where you can call our office if you should ever have any issues.
