Special Event Parking Notice:
Please note that during the week of July 4th and the Concours car show in March, parking is limited to one pass per unit.

Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with en-suite bathroom.

Third Bedroom: Two Twin-sized beds with its own en-suite bathroom.

Booking Information:

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following:

Travelers Insurance: We recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your vacation from unforeseen emergencies.

Guest Access: You will have access to the entire property.

Host Availability: I will be available by phone for any questions or assistance.

Additional Requirements: After booking is confirmed, we may require additional information such as:

Email address (needed for gate access into our community)

Government ID if you are not a US citizen

Phone number that can be reached within the United States

Signed rental agreement (failure to sign can result in cancellation)

Security Deposit: We collect a $500 refundable deposit for every booking. Your credit card on file will be charged a "pending only" authorization a few days before your departure. This will automatically fall off your card within a few days if no damage occurs to the property.

Must be 25 to rent. Person that has booked the stay in their name must be one of the people staying in the unit. No parties are allowed. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. No pets allowed.

We have the right to cancel and/or evict your from the unit if any of the house rules are broken.
