LISTING DESCRIPTION
Centrally located in the heart of Bellevue. Shortcut to Bellevue city center via Lake Hills connector, and downtown Seattle via I-90 bridge. Nestled near numerous parks and natural reserves, the accommodation offers the perfect blend of convenience and nature.
Please note that this property is a duplex and the "Central Bellevue House" listing consists of two units: the North Unit (Right Wing) and the South Unit (Left Wing). Each unit has its own private entrance and both sides of the house are internally connected for convenience.
Guests are required to wait for final confirmation and check-in instructions from the property. Do not arrive at the guesthouse without receiving all necessary check-in details.

THE SPACE
Entire family rambler with separate entrances, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens with dish washers, and a landscaped backyard oasis in an upscale, well-kept neighborhood. This spacious retreat offers a practical layout with separate dining and living areas, cozy bedrooms with various bed options, en-suite baths (including 2 bathtubs), and both reserved and street parking. Accommodating up to 20 guests. Additional conveniences include in-unit washers/dryers, express check-in/check-out, keyless entry, fast WiFi, and Roku TV. Perfect for families and groups seeking a tranquil stay with easy access to city attractions, dining, and entertainment.
GUEST ACCESS
- 4 bedrooms, 4 attached baths (all en-suite, 2 with bathtubs, 2 stand showers).
- 4 Queen beds, 2 Queen-size air mattresses, and 4 Twin-size air mattresses.
- In each Bedroom: Beddings and linens, flat screen TVs, folding desk and chair, night lamp and stand, luggage rack, storage dresser, shelf, hangers, extension cord, trash can, iron and iron board.
- In each Bathroom: Hair dryer, towel hooks, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tumbler, bathtub or stand shower, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bathroom mat, trash can, toilet brush and plunger.
- In each Kitchen: Dining table and chairs, 4-burner electric range or double induction cooktop, oven, oven mitts, trivets, baking sheet, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, dish rack, dish soap, sponge, and dish brush, garbage bin and trash bags, laundry hamper, dustpan and brush, all-purpose cleaner and room spray, paper towels and dish cloths, baking sheet, knives and cutting boards, cups and glasses, wine and can openers, colanders, cookware and cooking utensils, placemats, dinnerware, and cutlery sets. Complimentary hot beverages and condiments.
- In each Living room: Full-size sleeper sofa and coffee table.
- In each Closet: Extra beds (air mattresses), extra blankets, pillows, and bed sheets, extra toilet paper, extra towels, extra batteries for electronics, laundry bag, and first aid kit.
- 2 sets of Washer and Dryer. Laundry baskets, Laundry detergent and Dryer sheets provided.
- Four (2) reserved parking spots. One (1) unreserved free street parking spot.
- Access to a large front yard, a covered porch extension, with patio dining under skylights.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
- We give guests space but are available when needed.
- We encourage our guests to enjoy the freedom and flexibility of self-service lodging. Please note that the guesthouse is not staffed, and there is no front desk or reception to answer phone calls. From the time a reservation is made until the day of arrival, communication will primarily take place via messaging, texting, or email. While phone calls may occasionally be returned, we recommend leaving clear voice messages, as all voicemails are carefully noted. After check-in, guests are welcome to contact us anytime via call, text, or email, and we’ll respond promptly.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
- No daily room service is provided. Room will only be cleaned after checking out. Extra room service is provided for an additional charge.
- Guests will be given a PIN to enter the house. Do not share the access code to anyone except the people registered on the reservation.
- For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid.
- The unit (1620ft2 or 150m2) currently best serves up to 16 people. Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge in the existing beds. We could work out reasonable pricing for additional guests.
- Only five (5) parking spots can be reserved for each booking. Do not block the mailbox bank. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions.
- Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
- Noise-free rooms are not guaranteed.
- Ground floor. No stairs.
- Exterior security cameras present in public areas only (parking lot and front porch).
- The fireplaces in the living rooms are decorative only.
