If you are looking for a great condo, look no more - you have found it! Enjoy the enchanting view from this spacious condo located on the 2nd floor with 2000(+) sq. ft. of living space. Walk out onto the balcony from the any of the three bedrooms or a second balcony off the living area to enjoy the sunset! Great for families or three couples. For your entertainment there are TVs and DVDs in all the bedrooms as well as the living room. Complimentary WiFi is available in the unit.

Watch the sun rise and set from your private balcony. See the sugary white beaches and the turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast throughout your vacation stay. This is an amazing three bedroom NON-SMOKING unit with enough room for the whole family to enjoy.

Silver Beach Towers is directly on the beach; amenities are incredible. The two pools are amazing - very large for a complex of its size! The beach speaks for itself! Two covered assigned parking spaces located in the garage are included with your reservation. Plenty of extra parking is available in the spacious lobby level parking area. Amenities available for all of our guests include tennis courts and barbeque grills. A traffic light is a treasure as it makes entry and exit a breeze during high season!

This property is located directly in the heart of Destin. Across the street from TheTrack, a short walk to Big Kahuna's or the Back Porch, and less than one mile from the Destin Commons, (Family entertainment complex). Just a mile or two takes you to Harbor Walk, restaurants, nightclubs, fishing charters and more!! Destin's Silver Sands Factory Outlet center is approximately five miles away.

Memorial Weekend Stay

The condo was clean, a great location in relation to parking (assigned covered 2 spots), access to stairs and elevator. The owner was prompt responding to my multiple questions. I appreciated dealing directly with the property owner rather than a management company. Three bedrooms all with access to two balconies was nice. The only issue we had was the balcony furniture was piled up and the balconies were not clean and had not been cleaned in some time. We had to “unpile” the heavy furniture so we could sit on the balconies. We enjoy mornings and evenings on the balcony so the state of the balcony did take away from our trip a little. The condo itself was pristine in cleanliness. I have photos of one of the balconies if the owner needs those to send to your local management people. The balconies were spacious and the furniture was nice although they needed to be sprayed off. Everything was in working order. I would suggest having an information sheet on the fridge with info re wifi, how to unlock the hurricane proof sliding glass doors as we did struggle with those and the number for the on-site management folks that could answer questions. I highly recommend this condo for rental. I hope to rent this space again at some point in the future.
