Escape to this stunning 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom lakefront cabin on Clearwater Lake in Annandale, MN. This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 16+ guests and is perfect for families, friends, or small group getaways.
Enjoy breathtaking lake views, a private dock, and a sandy beachâideal for swimming, fishing, and water activities. The main cabin is open year-round, while the attached lakeside cabin is seasonal, offering flexibility for every season.
Inside, youâll find fully stocked kitchens on both sides, perfect for preparing meals with ease. Two separate living rooms. A child's playroom in the downstairs. A unique laundry kitchenette space featuring; coffee bar, pizza ovens, air fryer, beverage cooler, laundry, desk/work area for your additional convenance. The outdoor area features 2 separate large patio areas with dining space, a Blackstone flat grill, and a cozy fire pit, and brand new 12+ person hot tub. Making it the perfect spot for relaxing evenings. Once lakeside, you will find stairs that lead down to the lake, providing easy access to the waters edge. With a dock available during the summer season.

Whether you're here for a summer adventure or a cozy winter retreat of ice fishing or family get togethers, this cabin has everything you need for an unforgettable stay!
Please note: The seasonal portion of our cabin is winterized approx. Oct. 1st - April 1st depending on the temperatures. This is because this portion of the cabin is approx. 100 year old and has been preserved as much as possible with the original plumbing exposed on the outside of the building and has no insulation. This would eliminate 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, & 2 twin beds for sleeping. One kitchen, bathroom & living room. Besides the other beds available in the main cabin we also offer cots for additional sleeping space during this time if needed. Please inquire with any questions you may have prior to making your reservation.

1 king mattress on the floor w/tv accessible through bedroom below on a wooden ladder. Adult supervision is required in this space with small children and not meant to be a play area for safety reasons.
Seasonal Cabin - Usable Approx. April 1st - October 1st depending on overnight low temperatures. This portion of the cabin is accessible through the laundry area or from outside. There are a few steps up to enter from outside and approx. 5/6 steps down entering from the laundry area. Please see photos for reference.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

While I have enjoyed the 4 seasons of being a Minnesotan my whole life. I enjoy the continuous warmth and endless waters of Florida. My daily life keeps me busy with work and spending time with my 4 grown children and their families. If I could choose one thing to do more. It would be to never pass up an opportunity to travel.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
In the summer of 2020, I purchased this cabin to bring my father closer to us. While providing an opportunity for all of us to be together in one place. I chose Clearwater Lake to try and bring some familiarity, peace and comfort back to my father after my mom had passed away. Not only was it a lake I would go as a small child when visiting my grandparents cabin. It was a lake my father grew up on after helping my grandfather build their family cabin on the other end of the lake. When he was only 18 years old.
During this transition I was fortunate enough to meet the original owner, the neighbor at the time, who built the main portion of the cabin with her late husband. She had resided nearby in town and would spend her days tending to the cabin next door that was her grandfathers place until she later sold it to the other neighbors for their children to come and visit. I am forever grateful for her stories, encouragement and wisdom you shared during each of our unscheduled visits. There hadn't been one person I would run into while on the water that didn't know who she was.
In 2023 after my father recovered from being very ill. My children & I decided it would be best if he lived with me. I contemplated selling the cabin but my kids convinced me to keep it and share it with others as a vacation rental. Through trial and error of using a management company I decided to take on the venture 100% and trust in the process in hopes of others enjoying this same kind of experience while staying and using Clearwater lake. It truly is a wonderful place to regain the very things we all love and adore. Family, friends and memories.
