Nestled just steps from the beach, Beachview 312 is a charming 3rd-floor studio designed for a relaxing seaside escape. The space blends trendy style with cozy comfort, featuring nautical-inspired décor that sets the perfect vacation mood.
Start your mornings with coffee and light bites at the bar-style seating area for four, equipped with a stainless steel mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. After a day in the sun, cool off with partial air conditioning and a ceiling fan while enjoying your favorite show on the flatscreen TV. Plus, with access to a shared washer and dryer, keeping your beachwear fresh is a breeze.

âą NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
âą Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
âą The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
âą Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
âą Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
âą State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
âą No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
