Step into this modern, impeccably clean 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at the Grand Victorian, located directly on the beach in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views and enjoy the convenience of being just steps from the Pier, amusement park, shops, and restaurants.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen stocked with all the essentials, a comfortable living and dining area with unobstructed ocean views, and a spacious covered deckâperfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the sun.
The master bedroom features a king bed and sleeper sofa, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and a twin. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, providing plenty of room for the whole family. Additional comforts include central A/C and heat, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed wireless internet, and TVs in every room.
As our guest, you'll also enjoy exclusive access to the Grand Victorianâs amenities, including an indoor heated pool, sauna, and fitness center. Parking is included for two vehiclesâone onsite and one in a nearby lot (standard for all units in the building).
