The bathroom comes equipped with a hairdryer and shower. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Ithaca. Our restful, art-infused suite is perfect for relaxing between exploring! After walking to The Commons, where the best restaurants and people-watching happens. Or exploring the many waterfalls, lakes, gorges (Ithaca is Gorges!), or hiking trails. Or a movie at Cinemapolis or Cornell Cinema. The breathtaking beauty of the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art or in one of our many galleries! You are never far from anything of interest to the mind, body, or spirit when you stay on State Street. Enjoy free parking in the back of the property. Also, a shared picnic area and greenspace are yours to enjoy. The property has motion-detection lighting. We live on the premises but respect your privacy. The Suite comprises the front of the house with a separate entrance (4 stairs) for your use only. The Suite is one floor for ease of movement, with no stairs inside the unit. This is a totally private and separate unit. The home-owners live on site, but respect all privacy.

We are a family of four who have found our best life here in âgorgesâ Ithaca, NY. Iâm a writer and filmmaker originally from Delaware and my husband, Satre is an artist and Dr. originally from Iowa. Our kids graduated from Ithaca High School and now study at New York colleges. Ithaca has it all nature, culture, relaxation, interesting people from around the world coming to study and enjoy all the area has to offer. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love to walk to the Commons just down the street, passing our favorite boutique hotel/bar/event space Argos Inn, on our way to great restaurants, entertainment, or a waterfall, and coming back to see the family of deer that rotates through our yard using it as one of their relaxation places for a while! BeautifulâŠgorges! Thatâs our little slice of Ithaca.

We have a beautiful house built in 1895, refinished in artful decor with relaxation in mind. We are steps from the action with a wooded, in-town feel! We love our space and we love sharing it with travellers!
