Executive Two Bedroom Pond View Condo

This two bedroom executive condo has parking for multiple vehicles and is without steps to the entrance. A hand cart is located in the kitchen. The view from the screened porch overlooking a large pond and deer trail is outstanding. This kitchen has all the cookware and tableware to prepare and serve a dinner for eight. A Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, juicer and even an electric knife sharpener supplement the standard appliances. The kitchen table seats six plus three on counter bar stools. The family room furnishings include game table with seating for four, wet bar, fire place, book cases with books, DVD’s and games, floor and table lamps. Area seating includes a rocker recliner, an electric lift recliner and a queen bed convertible sofa. Wool Dhurrie rugs are in kitchen and family room and for safety stairway tread carpet inserts. The screened porch the game and coffee tables seat eight and are complete with colorful cushions and pillows. The porch has two ceiling fans with light fixtures; however, illumination by the twin floor lamps is much nicer. The Key West theme master bedroom has king bed, curtains and pair of upholstered chairs. The North Woods theme bedroom, is gorgeous with custom queen and bunk log beds, curtains and upholstered chairs. With the bunk bed this condo sleeps six excluding the downstairs sofa bed. The master bedroom has a walk in shower and guest bedroom a tub/shower. There are three flat screen TV’s each with DVD player. This condo is pet friendly and non-smoking.
