The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite counters, stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and lots of cabinet storage space.

A powder room is located off the living area for added convenience.

The main bedroom is located on the first level and has a king bed, Smart TV, access to the patio and a private bathroom with dual vanity and large walk-in shower.

Up the stairs to the second level, you'll find two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms have TVs and share access to a bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination.

The elevated patio deck offers views of the golf course and the community pool, with both just a few steps away. There is also ample seating and a gas grill.

The Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes complex is near the entrance of the resort and the oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course, only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The complex features a community pool open April through September with beautifully landscaped gardens and bike paths and easy access to the amenities of Shelter Cove. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Parking Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secure community that requires each vehicle to have a car pass; please specify the number of car passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: Parking for 2 cars only!

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
