If you enjoy hiking in the hills, Laguna Greenbelt trail head is a 15-minute walk on the hill side of the house. This is our principal residence and we are delighted to share the magical experience that we have had through the years. We have done house exchanges, and the experience has been excellent. VRBO hosting is new to us and we look forward to learning the process.

The neighborhood, the beach cottage when we first bought the place and Laguna Beach have an abundance of charm in an environment that is second to none.

Despite many remodels throughout the years and constant updates, the original charm from the beach cottage days radiates through the warm exposed timbers to the original stone fireplace. Newer updates like the open Lanai and steam shower make coming home from long travels joyful and calming. We are truly lucky to be living here.
