IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Sand Dollar Building Is Being Completely Renovated To Be Updated And Safe For Our Guests Due To Previous Hurricane Damage. Construction At The Building Will Be Ongoing Through The Spring And Possibly Into Summer. We Are Also Limited To One Reserved Parking Space In The Secure Garage Per Condo, As Our Upper Deck Is Closed For Construction. Hurricane Milton Also Created A Structural Issue For Our Pool Deck So The Pool And Hot Tub Will Be Closed Until It Is Safe For Our Guests. Estimated Til June At This Point But Could Be Extended. Beach Access Will Also Not Be Available From The Pool Area, Though It Is A Very Short Walk From The Front Of Our Building Past One Complex To The Beach. Rates Have Been Updated To Reflect The Inconvenience.
